This workout flew by! Great combos with different equipment.
I think the more you do the separate workouts, meaning upper body one day, lower body one day. I really like them. I’m more sore when you split it up and doing a whole half hour of both. Thank you. It was great.

Love the variety of equipment and moves in this Pyramid style workout!!! And the focus on mobility was great also!!! It was challenging and fun trying to do some of those moves!! 😀👍 Feeling my core too!!! Loved it!!! 👐👐!!!!!
Awesome pyramid variations 🤩, it is great to start with a mobility round. The 60 seconds move in the second round was though 👍🤩

Loved this, and agree - nothing too crazy. I grabbed my heaviest mini band for the the first time! Ouch on the clam shell but felt so good and to see my personal progress is so rewarding. Thank you for another great creative workout!
