I am back after being out for a week due to drs orders. 😅 coming back with no working out for a week is hard but I’m glad I am back. 😊 Thank you Amy. This one was awesome!!! 💪🏻 Even though I feel like I lost some strength but it sure felt good to push through.

Loved this format! One of my favorite workout months last year was the MetCon Challenge and this workout reminded me why I loved it so much. I pushed it and went heavy for the entire workout. My heart was pumping. I am not always a fan of repeat circuits, but you made this one feel like a no-repeat. Awesome way to start the week!
I may have groaned a tiny bit when I heard 3 circuits that repeat but I stuck with it and so glad I did! None of the compound moves were *too* complicated and the descending time made it go fast! Thank you! And to Vivian's point, Happy New Year! ; )
Great workout and I love all the different kind of movements. I have been following Heather Robertson workouts for over 2 years and I loved it. I wanted to switch things a little bit and I have found you and I am loving the new movements and challenges. The only thing confusing me is that when to start/stop the workouts as I have difficulty following when talking.
Thanks for that reminder to have gratitude for our bodies even when they aren't 100%. I've been dealing with knee inflammation since the beginning of the year and it really got me down. But I've been able to modify and do your workouts!

Mondays are amazing!!🎉 This was a lot of fun. Long circuits feel like a dance routine and easy to get thru multiple times. I never thought that I would love working out as much as I do and am thankful every day I get to move ❤
