Merry Christmas! I was watching your video this morning and I guess hubby took that as me loving Ts. So I now have a acanthoscurria geniculata coming home in a few minutes. Good thing I have been paying attention..I admit I am feeling a bit nervous. This is my first spider.
What a magnificent creature your #1 pick was! I used to be really scared of tarantulas, but am beginning to see what amazing creatures they are. Brilliant vid - keep up the good work!
Can't believe the Brazil jewel or the caribeana versicolor didn't make the list lol good list tho! I dont own any Ts but follow you and Dave from Dave's little beasties pretty close ! Good show! Great list! Maybe one day I'll get a T
Balfouri is 100% my favourite in my collection and I have the majority of the list. I wish there was an adult sized juvi C. Versicolor, now THAT is blue. Thank you for showing real clips of these animals, not the over blown, over saturated fake videos/pictures you commonly see.
I've never had a tarantula before and I just got my first batch of slings ever. I was going to start with one, but one thing led to another and now I'll have 6. My D. diamantinensis will arrive in January. Wish me luck 😅😁
Great top 10. 🤘🏼 In your list, I only have the P.metallica, C.lividus, M.balfouri, and C.cyaneopubescens. I also got the H.pulchripes(Golden blue leg baboon). But for my top 1 (which I didn’t have yet) will be the Birupe simoroxigorum.

My second T was a green bottle blue. The one i have now is a daughter of my origional one. Kept her after her mama was breed to my best friends male. She got to keep some too. My first tarantula was a insanely friendly but feisty Arizona Blonde. I miss her everyday. She was very special. I had her preserved. So i still have her with me shes in a lovely display case. She lived close to 10yrs. I also now have a Chako Golden Knee whho thinks shes a puppy. A huge Brazillian Black who scares people to she meets them. Then shes all for the attention. A Burgandy Baboon who doesnt act old world. And was my first old world. Everyone thought id lost it getting her. Until they see what a friendly girl she is. And they love watching her eat. Shes a very good eater. Never seen her turn down a meal unless shes premoult. Shes just over 6" inches now and isnt even close to being full grown yet. And she scared off someone who tryed to break into my old house. So shes a good watch spider too..... 😆 I have 2 female Pumpkin Patches. They are full sisters from the same egg sack. My cousin had their parents who were both lovely T's. And my two sweet mini T's are crazy good eaters and crawling around on me. I actually held both of them and their parents many times before i got them home. Now they get clearly annoyed when you don't give them attentionwhen they want it. Its funny to watch. Thanks for anothet great video. Blue is my fav. Colour. So glad you made it . Best wished from London, UK. Chriss 🇬🇧
It is an illusion...kinda. all that footage is shot at 120fps, normally it is 24 or 30 frames per second. So the footage is slowed down to 20% speed. So she was really 4x as fast. I included some normal speed footage so you could see her bolt as well. But even at that she has been very chill. Not so chill id attempt handling her. But she is a cool lady.

I have 2 female Pumpkin Patches.

Holy Cow! How did you get such a Chill-Metallica??? I can't believe how it only went for a Stroll on the table!!
Shenanigans!! I knew it was CGI !! It's really a Red-Knee..... [LoL]
But where is the Birupes simoroxigorum? :(
Its leg color is stunning!
Anyways... Great video, as always :)
