I am yoga instructor ( I did not teach much yet ..) but I find it very helpful and good for the flexibility and you explained it all very simply ( not too many words but the perfect chosen one ) your voice is very calming and smoothing . I will subscribe to do it regularly Thank tou 💕😇

Wonderful - definitely some level 3 in there. I felt my edge haha. I wish YT yogis would mention whether we need a block because I always forget that I have one and I should keep it out! So rare to use it but every time I need it, it's too far away and I make due without! Thanks for the great flow, reallly get my energy moving 😸
Amazing! Thanks for adding challenging poses. Initially my thoughts were, “what the…?!”, but with time my shock subsided and was replaced with awe! Yep, in some poses I went to child’s pose just to catch my breath. What really got me excited was that I held the head stand comfortably, albeit with my legs bent but it was exciting! Thanks Tim 😂
wow. I did that Saturday and still sore Monday! Seemingly easy practice but the day I did it my body felt really good. It was challenging enough that I kept focus on the movement and breath. Here for more. Thanks!
