    Sir, I am a skinny guy but 2 years back I was able to do 10 pushups in one set with ease... But due to an ACL injury I was resting for 6 months to try to heal it naturally, so I avoided sports... After which I decided to do 100 pushups daily after being influenced by few utube videos. I did 45 normal pushups and 25 incline after which my tricep was pumped... It was paining and pectoral muscle was also paining a bit... The next day I was not able to do pushup... So I decided to rest... For a few weeks I wasn't able to do single pushups...
    After few months I was able to do 5 pushups in a set but the muscle connecting chest and limb are getting fatigue easily... Currently I am able to do only 5 proper pushups after which I am not able to do it properly... Max to max I am able to do 10 in a day...
    My stats have declined a lot... 2 year back I wasn't training but was able to do enough pushups... But now my numbers have dropped drastically... Currently I don't feel any symptoms of tricep tendonitis or elbow strain... But still my chest muscle and tricep get fatigue easily... Is it happening due to underlying injury or poor nutrition?
    I am worried and frustrated to see myself going down after 10 pushups... I was strong earlier even though I was skinny... But now I have decline a lot... Same frame but low power and endurance... What's wrong with me... Pls Help!

    Hi....
    I m 39 yr old, 5.8ft tall n of 73 kg weight. In addition I m a diabatec n I do Treadmill walking upto a distance of 6-6.5 km(in just an hour) 4 times a week. After continuation for 2-3 months, I developed knee joint pain which is discouraging. I got to know from Ur posted video...how devastating d treadmills are?
    Pl suggest me d best workout for a diabetic patient like me(Calorie burn) n workout videos for burning fat, increasing strength/stamina n fitness. My wishes doesn't exclude my desire of getting a good looking body as well.

      The best workout without doubt is resistance training which will.helpmu target direct fat
      And in cardiovascular training if u want to walk
      Do.it outside
      And other forms like cycling are also good
      But resistance will.be the base

    Sir, how to correct shoulder pain, when I perform overhead press, or internal rotation of shoulder I get this pain, while doing bench press also I get the pain in my right shoulder?

      U seem to have a rotator cuff issue
      If it's serious get an MRI done or u would suffer from a tear
      For that time don't do movements which cause pain

      I'll suggest go slow and gradually but these many pushups won't help u in powerlifting
      U need specific programming here

      Surya namaskar is a procedure of number of movements
      Push-ups as the name suggests is pushing the body up and down with respect to gravity in a plank position

    Sir MEIN pushups nehi karta hoon. 14 years ka hoon fir bhi 30-35kg cylinder easily utha sakta hu . I am untrained 68kg. Mera muscle mass kitna hai. Main kitne kg tak utha sakta hun as deadlift

      Don't worry progress slowly by doing knee pushups
      Then single knee and then proper pushup
      On the other hand build overall body strength by doing proper weight training in gym

    sir when doing pushups when i try to be in a position like you in the video at 9:01 mins , my left hand wrist is paining like hell suddenly without any reason such as falling down on the wrist. its been 3 years since i stopped doing pushups and when i plannned to do, this pain is not letting me!!!. it is interrupting me in daily activities also. i am so worried what should i do to make the pain go away and continue doing pushups as usual.

    sir main bahut jyada pushups krta hun 2000 tk kr leta hun main isse krte rehna chahta hun pr mujhe migrain hone lgta hai aur pet ki garmi bad jaati hai paani pita hun to low feel hota hai....kuch upaay btaaye

      If ur doing such high volume of. pushups
      It's great
      But just like other workouts ur sweating hard here and continuously depleting ur glycogen stores
      My suggestion
      Keep a shaker with cold water with added glucose and little black salt for continuous drinking during ur pushup sessions
      And dont do push-ups in too much heat
