Sir, I am a skinny guy but 2 years back I was able to do 10 pushups in one set with ease... But due to an ACL injury I was resting for 6 months to try to heal it naturally, so I avoided sports... After which I decided to do 100 pushups daily after being influenced by few utube videos. I did 45 normal pushups and 25 incline after which my tricep was pumped... It was paining and pectoral muscle was also paining a bit... The next day I was not able to do pushup... So I decided to rest... For a few weeks I wasn't able to do single pushups... After few months I was able to do 5 pushups in a set but the muscle connecting chest and limb are getting fatigue easily... Currently I am able to do only 5 proper pushups after which I am not able to do it properly... Max to max I am able to do 10 in a day... My stats have declined a lot... 2 year back I wasn't training but was able to do enough pushups... But now my numbers have dropped drastically... Currently I don't feel any symptoms of tricep tendonitis or elbow strain... But still my chest muscle and tricep get fatigue easily... Is it happening due to underlying injury or poor nutrition? I am worried and frustrated to see myself going down after 10 pushups... I was strong earlier even though I was skinny... But now I have decline a lot... Same frame but low power and endurance... What's wrong with me... Pls Help!

The best workout without doubt is resistance training which will.helpmu target direct fat And in cardiovascular training if u want to walk Do.it outside And other forms like cycling are also good But resistance will.be the base

If ur doing such high volume of. pushups It's great But just like other workouts ur sweating hard here and continuously depleting ur glycogen stores My suggestion Keep a shaker with cold water with added glucose and little black salt for continuous drinking during ur pushup sessions And dont do push-ups in too much heat
