2 saal pehle mai 103 kg ka tha. Workout kar ke 87 kg ka hua 1 saal me. Fir last 1 saal kuch nahi kiya aur weight wapis 100 kg ho gaya 😂. Ab 2 din pehle wapis Gym start kia hai.

same, pehele achi bulky body thode se abs, fir chodh dia 3 mahina gym ab patla ho gaya, Kal hi gym shuru kia

He already said soya chunks good source of protein. It is ok to eat. Just dont eat everyday becoz u should have variety of food to get variety of nutrients. Eat once or twice a week.
