    Sir for developing strength for pistol squats should I do deep squats or ass to grass squats because pistol squat is a bodyweight squat but it's a unilateral exercise
    My workout for pistol squat
    Assisted pistol squats 3×5
    Archer squats 6×4
    Weighted squats (3-5)×5 which I currently prefer as to grass squats

    My ankle and hip mobility is top notch and I used to do 160kg ass to grass @90kg bw but in one year I developed chondromalacia. I had to take a break for 3months from squats and stopped doing deep squats post that. I am not a weight lifter. I may prefer bulgarian split sq with leg stretched far long to prevent knee damage or parallel squats for long term protection

    @10:58 Here you are totally wrong sir. It matters what we are doing fornt or back squats because both are diff . Front squats quad dominant. Back squats uses lower back.

      Sawal first get ur vitamin D checked
      And then depending on deficiency u may need a higher dose initially but I would suggest after sometime take smaller 2-5000iu doses daily instead of big doses once a week

    Why ankle collapse inwards while going down in squats ? Person has no flat and pronated feet. What could be the reason and how to fix it ?

      That's a big question
      But ankle.mobility is a major issue which can be problem
      For someone with flat and pronated feet
      Try using minimal footwear for squats

    Hello sir,
    Most of the people running to their protein shaker immideately after exercise but some researcher says that protein changes into glucose if u drink immediately after exercise. So they advice to take carbs first and then wait for altleast 45 min for protein intake. Is it right?
