As a natural bodybuilder myself, I am really happy to see a natural on this channel. It's refreshing because everything he does/says is something that anyone can do with true hard work and dedication.
A lot of people seem to have the mindset that not being natural is the only way to get results or a means to bypass proper training / nutrition. I’ve seen some of this guy’s videos and he preaches putting in the time and effort (YEARS not days or weeks). This is what the fitness industry needs more of. Things were better off when the topic of not being natural was kept more in the background in my opinion.
For sure - the foundational muscle built is what holds the most value over time. It's like seeing how someone with zero foundation reacts to a PED cycle, they look great then deflate - compare that to someone with 5- 6 years of natural bodybuilding. They may not look the exact same post cycle but it's not as dramatic of a change. Bottom line is you gotta put in the time and do the work to make bodybuilding work, yes there are genetic exceptions but that's not as common as you'd think.
Cauliflower and broccoli can also be grilled in the oven if you hate boiling them. I am not a fan of low-calorie sauces; I think there's too much chemistry in them, nor am I a huge fan of mustard. I love spices though, vinegar and lemon juice, and olive oil in my meals. I love spicy sauces; unfortunately, the only one I adore isn't always available at the store :(. Cooking is therapy and you learn through trial and error. Plus, you get to enjoy it and make even the stuff you prepare in bulk tasty :).

Keeping it clean is the way. You'll thrive as you get older my young dude. Do the hard work now so you don't have to look back when you're 40 and think, "I wish I would have done that in my 20's."
I make my pizza and cookies with love..... does that count? ❤ Haha, joking aside, I just started working out again in June. It's nice to see healthy eating options.
Please post more natural bodybuilding content; the vast majority of us would actually benefit from their nutrition and workouts. Enhanced IFBB pros exist in another demension; their content is purely for entertainment purposes. Us mortals follow their nutrition plans and workouts and we become obese with joint pain lol
Honestly, I wish bodybuilding was natural . Damn shame all the pros gotta harm themselves to attain those kind of physiques . Also I think it would be more impressive to see what the human body is actually capable of naturally .
