Sadik is awesome and funny. I've always felt he's quite a positive person, yet nowadays being a dad, he seems happier despite all the responsibilities and pressure on his shoulders. I wish him and his family health and all the best.
Struggling with my weight for 23 years after high school, finally was able to drop some weight and even more into building muscle because of Sadik and his outlook on fitness and health. I'm 41 and hope to meet him one day and thank him for inspiring me to reach the level I never thought I could.
It's crazy how big physique guys are. Like he definitely put on size to compete in classic but he doesn't seem downsized now that he is back in physique, the only difference it seems is board shorts vs trunks.
Carbs have a protein sparing effect since they are the easiest for your body to use for energy expenditure. So if your carbs are higher, you don’t necessarily need as much protein as when you are dieting since the protein will not be used for energy.
229 lbs for Men's Physique is absolute madness. That means that Sadik would have to walk around at 255 lbs to compete in Classic. Imagine trying to me explain this concept to someone in the 90's. I wouldn't even know where to begin.
