Blessing! Thank you for reacting to this amazing song. Mean guitar is right! Robert is so convincing when he sings. The drummer is amazing and everyone is a star! HI think Robert follows Jimmy. So beautiful to hear. I have never seen this version of the song before. Happy you enjoyed the song so much!

that ‘jumper’ of Jimmy’s is iconic. I love it. I got one similar. Very Scottish BTW.

The story about that pull over sweater is that his mom gave it to him for his birthday, and he wore it to perform :)

And let's not forget JPJ back there just absolutely wailing on that bass guitar. Oh my God. And yeah, John Bonham AKA Bonzo is one of my favorite rock drummers ever. He died way too early and effectively ended Led Zeppelin In 1980.
For contrast, you should check out some of their hits from that very last album before he died, like a decade later than this, the name of the album is In Through the Out Door and it's phenomenal but you can see how much they evolved with the times. They were absolute masters at what they did.
Southbound Saurez is heavily piano-driven and so fun. Fool in the Rain, which follows it on the album, is probably one of the most ambitious things John Bonham has ever done. All of My Love is also a mega hit from that. And really poignant.

Jimmy Page lived in a haunted Scottish Castle next to Loch Ness and you can imagine where he got his inspiration for all the eerie guitar sounds he liked to produce

Nawww he didn't live there. He lived in the London area. By all accounts he rarely even visited his Boleskine house at Loch Ness. Only now and then did he go there.
He lived in the Boathouse at Pangbourne on the River Thames at this time (1970) then he bought the house he still lives in now, the Tower House in Kensington London off actor Richard Harris in 1972.
      Just saying. Cheers.

“The Chicken or Egg” is a gospel and blues technique know as “a call and response.” It’s used as a vocal or instrument back and forth element. Here’s a couple to ck out. From the Physical Graffiti double album. 1) In The Light 2) The Wanton Song. Studio versions. In an effort to keep it real, just close your eyes and pull-up anything and it’s fine. There’s also some nice solo stuff from Robert that’s more than worth the time. Love to see new fans of Classic Rock. 🤘😉

This concert was awesome, great performance but.the best version is from the Song Remains the Same movie, search for it from the movie, it is 28 minutes long and one of the great jams in rock history. Enjoy! 🎵🎸🎤🎹🎶

Zeppelin was a group of excellent and talented musicians, but the most important thing about them is the perfect mix between musicians, as if it were a chemical formula, where in the absence of one of the elements, it simply does not work. Zeppelin was an entity formed by mixing these elements.

    Luck is strange.
I heard this when it was new but not these live versions.
This was on filmed not video so back in the day there was no way to see these.
So I was lucky to hear ithe studio version
But it it is not until now that I get to see a live version.
