Jimmy's attorney referred to the Dr as "that woman". What a creep! Also, Walmart selling lock pick kits is disgusting. Who would just sell trash bags, black clothing, black towels and black shoes with a lock pick kit? RED FLAG!!!! I hope that her daughters are doing well with her Family.
Lock picking kits are for NORMAL folks that need to pick their own locks without damage if expensive and high quality. They also can help others out with their consent without the motive of committing crimes. I hear you though on the collectively purchased items. Keep in mind too in this day and age, ppl are crazy, say they are offended and their rights were violated, so the cashier may have lost her job and her and Walmart catch a lawsuit.
Sometimes people have to pick their own locks. Let's not going blaming Walmart. It's like blaming the "gun" when someone gets shot. It's the person who commits the crime. That's the disgusting part.
That was a heinous painful way to die. I think it’s a fair sentence. He wasn’t a very good actor you could tell he was lying. I watched the interrogation interviews he had with police he was acting so ridiculous and over the top. His emotions were not genuine. I felt embarrassed for him. People are so evil and greedy for money that they would do anything to get it.
You earn your respect with your behavior and how you treat others. You don't start licking the boots of superficial and materialistic worshipers. She behaved trashily, and it's a fact, then I don't blame her husband for being so hateful toward her. Such a personality and she has lost my sympathy a lot.
I completely agree. Insurance is a blight in healthcare delivery, too. Psychopaths/sociopaths are undeterred by the promise of sure, swift & severe punishment. He would have killed her without the insurance payout. Risk is like a drug to these guys. They believe that they are the smartest person in the room. Normal people consider the grief of losing someone like Teresa Sievers. Men like Mark Sievers don’t become attached, they don’t feel love or compassion, etc. He doesn’t experience grief over losing relatives or friends. Whereas a normal person feels the stab of pain from loss of people in our social group, antisocial types like Mark think about others as pawns and don’t hesitate to manipulate and expose people to risk When anything/anyone can be I know how strong the impulse is to come up with simple answers Don’t waste your time. It took me a decade of routine exposure to these offenders until I finally could accept they just aren’t like us. There very stark differences between them & us. If you are a black & white thinker, these people will never make sense.
So impressed with the Florida newspaper reporter Jessica Lipscomb (sp?). She is one smart cookie and obviously very good at what she does. Such a senseless and horrible crime. May Teresa rest in peace.
This is an episode I keep coming back to. Mark Seivers is a piece of work. Every moment of his life is a performace aimed at getting what he wants from people. He successfully manipulated people around him with his jovial, good guy act. It worked so well he even does it in court! His own family can’t see he’s guilty with a mountain of evidence against him.
I HOPE it's possible he can look back and recall his beautiful family, and how keeping his wife alive would have been better for him; 1 million times over and over again in his head. I think it's easier sometimes for people like him, to totally separate themselves from any TRUTH and reflections of their actions simply to avoid the pains of guilt. Yet guilt pains are what makes us normal human beings. Without guilt we are essentially the walking dead. An animal that's living, has more of a conscience than they have. This is truly the worst betrayal ever. This lady worked to provide for her family only to be killed by the very person who vowed to honor her for life. Such a tragedy. He essentially took both parents from his children.
I watched many crime documentaries, and i found out that mostly killers have the face of a harmless person, the person that u won't expect can do an unimaginable horror.
As a doctor, you have NO BUSINESS yelling at any of your patients. I don’t care how “nice” she was the rest of the time. If your patient is in a mindset thinking they won’t get better and your response is to yell at them? You shouldn’t be working with people.
@@whatevergoesforme5129 I don't think she wasn't nice though, that's not the picture painted here. I would like to assume that she was that kind of a doctor who will tap you back to your senses when you seem to have no hope, more like a coach. It was her approach and as heard on this episode, her patients attended her funeral, no bad blood at all.
The specialist who saved my mobility yelled at me in disbelief at the state my hips were in. He was a wonderful doctor, and I remain grateful to him for the rest of my life.
It is always the same thing in the US : the husband was away with kids 🙄 it is always the partner ...always if they act fishy they always slip away and do the mistake that sends them to where they belong
A very very sad story. A classic example why it is always the spouse/partner becomes the primary suspect in mysterious death of the other. Pity the children who lost both parents.
Well folks, remember that when a woman is killed, it’s almost surely a man who has been romantically involved with her - whether boyfriend , husband or lover. Or perhaps a man who *wants to be involved , an incel-type who has been rejected (see Idaho student murders)
Thank you for this kind of crime investigation series. I mean documentary ones. We need these ones more than ever, not invented detective stories with the actors.
Why people do these stupid crimes, I'll never understand. Even if you have no humanity and don't care that you took someone's life, why are you willing to lose your own life? Especially if you most likely will get caught?

Not only that, but every single thing Wright testified to was corroborated by hard evidence. I watched the entire trial and it was shocking, and there is so much they couldn’t go into here.
Be with get family and the children, how thoughtful!!
@@voraciousreader3341I’m wondering what that evidence is, as it seems unlikely the jury found Mark guilty purely on the word of Wright and that girlfriend. The only thing I read online was that Mark and Wright had used burner phones to communicate, so I’m intrigued. Thanks!
IKR, he's spending time with the wife's family as he is having her killed is beyond, deprived..
Yes i was wondering right there why she cut her vacation short. Obviously that wasnt planned, so there much be a reason for it. They didnt mention that in this docu why she went home early. Although it does seem work related as she was expected in the practice that morning. Still would want to know more on it though, bc i dont see any physical evidence on the spous. And thats rather important to have either that (from phone records and so) or as much circumstantial as possible.
It seems the life insurance, which is quite high, was signed by him, not her. Thats quite suspect.
I take it he wasn't thinking about his "beloved kids" when he was carrying this out.

...and then the real tears came when he was found guilty. Its astonishing how the cries were different. 😳

That stepsister and stepmother are in some serious denial. Of course the husband was behind it. It was all about an imminent divorce and losing his meal ticket.
This 📍
If anyone thinks the husband didn’t plan this, go watch the interrogations, interviews, and more detailed videos. There’s absolutely no doubt it was his plan. I’d bet my own life on it. There’s a lot more evidence than what is in this video.
As soon as they said she went home alone and he was in another state with the daughters, I knew he was guilty. He thought he had an airtight alibi, that smug POS.
The difference in his "crying face" when the murderer is describing in graffic detail how he killed Theresa vs. his true crying face when he is found guilty is shocking. He only showed true grief for himself. (Thanks, Behavior Panel)
Ladies, if you feel that you must divorce your husband, please, please don't give him any advance warning. Don't let on that you want to end the relationship before moving to a safe place. If possible, find out if he has taken out insurance policies on you and take steps to have them canceled as soon as you leave.
Can confirm. Happily married - but if marriage goes south, I will definitely take life insurances and 'dispose' of her, so I can bang shemales and drink margaritas all day in Pattaya
Good advices
Same with men.
Women: we value communication and honesty
Also women: don’t tell him!
Wise advice ❤
The only time the husband actually cried was when he was sentenced to death by the judge.
You got it.
Sadly, he will STILL be alive 25 years from now.
The taxpayers will find the millions of dollars to
file numerous appeals ....and probably find a court that will agree to lower his sentence to
Life in prison.
The lack of a fairly prompt execution will cause
much pain and harm to everyone else.
Damn if Sievers wipes his dry eyes much more they are going to start bleeding

I've watched his interrogation. It's really worth a watch to see just how narcissistic Mark sievers is!
Complete arrogance
What a manipulative man! You can tell he has always felt he could cry, lie, cheat or steal to get his way. Mark deserves his sentence and so does his minions. I hope the girls can heal in due time and their family can find joy again together
He thought, he got well planned, go for vacation at her parents , so he thought, free from the wifey murdered!

Are you trying to imply that mark slept with his stepmother?
Completely blindly in denial as well as Mark’s sister.

They're definitely were both involved! What a horrific way to die. Sending the families love, light and healing.
Correct.
The step sister is delusional. There is absolutely no kosher reason one would take out five life insurance policies on their spouse.
Actually spouses of physicians often have multiple insurance policies on somebody who earns 500k a year. It’s standard practice. It is easier than getting one policy for 5 million due to underwriting constraints.

I remember seeing this story somewhere else. Her husband hired someone to do that happy he was convicted. May she rest peacefully 🕊️🕊️🙏🏾🙏🏾
That got me also… lock pick kits are for sale?? ??
Right!!! Talk about not being aware of your surroundings
Was self checkout a thing?

That was a heinous painful way to die. I think it’s a fair sentence. He wasn’t a very good actor you could tell he was lying. He is also a fool, thinking he would not get caught.
The minute he said "I want to go home" I knew he did it
Describing a woman as a “spitfire” “short little thing” is so…hmm. I hate it. She’s a doctor. She deserves that respect.
Weak/passive types are immediately threatened by strong personalities, hence the "colorful" terms.
I thought it was a bit odd too.
You sound woke.
You earn your respect with your behavior and how you treat others. You don't start licking the boots of superficial and materialistic worshipers.
Whereas a normal person feels the stab of pain from loss of people in our social group, antisocial types like Mark think about others as pawns and don’t hesitate to manipulate and expose people to risk When anything/anyone can be
I know how strong the impulse is to come up with simple answers Don’t waste your time. It took me a decade of routine exposure to these offenders until I finally could accept they just aren’t like us. There very stark differences between them & us. If you are a black & white thinker, these people will never make sense.

Bwahahaha!!
Admirable for him to help raise his kids!! 🫡
He wanted the money but was also afraid to be left by the bread winner! How inteligent he was to solve his problems! (satire)😮
And of course he also has to get a lawyer that looks like him and his best friend
I highly doubt it. Psychopaths have no soul.
To the parents: Im so sorry for the loss of your daughter
Why? Not your fault
He can cry now that he’s found guilty but had no tears when he heard she was killed. The jury made the right decision.

And she was a holistic doctor. A lot of holistic doctors and holistic vets I know tend to be nice people.
It happens. You don’t want people giving up, or not doing what will help them etc. I’ve yelled at a rare patient.

It is always the same thing in the US : the husband was away with kids 🙄 it is always the partner ...always if they act fishy they always slip away and do the mistake that sends them to where they belong
