      Had I been on that jury, I would've voted "not guilty", for sure. This is what is called "Prosecution by Character Assassination". When the DA has no Hard Evidence, he unearths every salacious detail in the defendant's life to make them look "Bad Enough" to deserve going to prison, whether or not they actually did the deed at hand. And Naive and Gullible Jurors fall for it quite often. All the claims that he was a "strangler" since age 16 are Pure BS because no charges were ever filed on ANY of them. This trial didn't bring Justice for Kelly. It was more like Urinating on Kelly's Grave. As usual, the Cops framed the "obvious suspect" so that they could hurry up to go eat more Doughnuts, an activity even more important to a Cop than putting the right people in prison.

Otherwise you risk data breaches, illegal activity, and all kinds of other risks. He worked for a major sports team. He had to be careful with the type of information he handled and how it could affect the major organization he worked for. Imagine if the drive stored malware and he connected it to other data systems in the organization. Data security is a major issue for IT staff. I work for a large university, and every employee is required to be trained on how to handle data responsibly, because security breaches or breaches of the law can cause major problems for the whole university and its vast amount of legally protected confidential information.

  • @RAMizer
    @RAMizer Рік тому +242

    I am a mother of three. I know pretty much anybody is capable of anything. If I truly suspected my child of killing someone, I would not hide them or shield them. I would turn them in. Would I support them while justice is exacted? Yes. Would I still love them? Probably. If it was something truly horrific, especially hurting a child in any form, I do not know what my feelings would be. I can only imagine how my reactions in this type of situation would be because I've never been through it, but I hope nothing like this ever happens to my family. I think it takes a level of mental illness to commit any crime that irrevocably hurts someone or causes a loss of life, so I would want my child to do serve their time and get mental help. That's what being a parent is... wanting the best for your child, helping them find their way, helping them become healthier. Sometimes becoming healthier hurts. It sucks. But as a parent, I know it would not *help* my child to keep a secret about them committing a crime.

As if all dating sites are full of predators, and women are asking for it if they use online dating platforms... meanwhile, the defendant IS a predator, using all these platforms.. sleeping with multiple women.. but he's innocent? Which is it? The attempts to smear her character for enjoying her sexuality is absolutely disgusting. These guys really do want women to stay at home and marry their 1st cousin.
