  • Join us for this vinyasa flow that focuses on reducing back pain and discomfort while on or leading up to your period. Experiencing pain in your back is a common symptom of menstruation; therefore, we would like to ease this affliction and advocate for you to achieve optimal womb wellness.
    As a menstruator, on average, we are expected to experience menstruation for a minimum of five decades; therefore, we would like to demonstrate how you could better manage your menstrual cycle journey. And for those of you who do not menstruate, this practice could be a supportive tool for you to assist your loved ones who menstruate.
    With this yoga for period back pain vinyasa flow, we want to surrender to the flow in an effort to heighten our spiritual connection through the mind, body, and breath. Engaging in an additional layer of self-love for our wombs and ourselves, we want to release any discomfort, tension, or anything that is not in alignment with having a positive, productive, and peaceful menstrual journey ahead.
