Hi, Julia, watched this podcast a year after it was posted...& I practiced my knitting w/my 4.5mm needles while I watched. For the first time, I'm enjoying knitting (well....practicing !) & it's because of smaller needles which is thanks to your suggestion! Thank you for that...& I loved the closeups of the yarns.....how pretty ! The closeups afforded us a terrific view of it. You sounded just fine, as far as I'm concerned. Your podcasts are always very good quality in every way.
I can say, having lived a long time, nobody’s life is perfect...even if it’s portrayed as such. There are good days and bad, good weeks and bad, and I applaud you for attesting to that!
I want to Thank You so very much for being my safe haven- I know I can come and visit with you and listen to you talk about knitting and yarn and spinning. Gosh, It really makes me so very happy. Again, I send you many, many thanks.
Hi Julia, another fantastic podcast thank you so much for your time. I so sympathise with you, I am suffering with hayfever also. I love the warm dry sunny days when you can get out and also knit outside in the garden but I hate what comes with it (sore swollen eyes, sneezing etc). Sorry to also hear that you aren’t having such a great time in general either, again I sympathise with you. Hope things get better soon and it’s not too serious. Take care enjoy yarn shopping. Xxx
FYI - Titiqaqa (Titicaca) Lake is a large, deep lake in the Andes on the border of Bolivia and Peru. For those that didn’t know! Love your podcast. You are a very sweet girl and I hope your personal situations improve soon and your hay fever goes away fast! Hang in there - if things are low now, the only way to go is up!
Even though they are "just plain vanilla" socks, it is fun to see which yarn you are using. I hope the lace blocks out nicely for your sweater. For your handspun, have you thought about making a poncho or a swoncho?
@@TheHappyKnittingPodcast with all the fiber you are spinning up - in the future I could see you making a stranded swoncho or some type of sweater/coat

Thanks! I wouldn't have enough yardage for a poncho and not sure if it's my style if I'm being honest! But it's a good idea for future skeins!
