I have the Donner Circle for about six months and I still haven’t figured it out. I like separate switches and dials more than click this button twice while holding down this button…
i dunno how you gonna talk about the mxr 303 and leave out the fact that it has reverse ajd speed control actually the only looper i know that does that
Hello, I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed by the choices available and would appreciate your advice. MIDI Control Board for Logic Pro: Is it possible to use a MIDI control board/pedal for Logic Pro to manage looping, similar to a dedicated looping station? If so, would you recommend it, or is a looping station generally a better choice? Best Looping Station for Singers (End of 2024): My primary goal is to sing in different harmonies and incorporate acoustic instruments like a djembe and a flute. Between the Boss RC-600 and Boss RC-505, which would be better for my needs, or is there another device better suited for singers and harmonies in 2024? Control Over Vocal Effects: I’d like to have manual control over effects like delay and reverb, rather than relying on auto-tuning or pitch correction. My aim is to hear my mistakes and improve as a singer, not to mask imperfections. Which device would best align with this approach? I want to make songs like this but sing all the voices and do all the rhythms myself... ua-cam.com/video/clMg33x1_e4/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/kTO4OUEov9o/v-deo.html and drums like this with friends or on my own... ua-cam.com/video/yZ6d-fofvYo/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/eR6un28j0Gs/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/sKFBxc6dURA/v-deo.html how shall I best record this and also do loops when I am in the mood for this? I got Logic Pro and the Audient ID 14.. but no looping station.. some people told me is not gonna work sing in harmonies with Logic Pro well, so now I am looking around for a looping station Thank you very much for your time and recommendations!
I wouldn't say the RC 600 is user friendly . In order to access the effects you have to be Michael flatley I find it cumbersome I also find a tiny screen from boss typical all their screens look like 1980s computers . The sound is excellent I will give it that but it's definitely not user-friendly.
Hey bud. I noticed he didn't answer your question. You do not need an audio interface unless you want to record to your computer. If you just want to lay down a loop with your bass and then jam over that loop, you only need your bass, a cable going from your bass to the looper and a cable going from the looper to your amp, and you're good to go. If you do not have an amp, you might want to check out the Line6 HX Stomp. It has a basic looper, digital bass amp models that are very good, AND it also can function as an audio interface. It's not cheap. But it can allow you to loop for jamming as well as then recording to your computer if you dig the loop you've created. Plus it has a lot of cool effects you can play with that can be pretty cool and a lot of fun. Hope that helps, bro.
best to get a zoom bass multi effects pedal i think they double as an audio interface the best on this list is the mxr for me it comes with 88hz sampling so it works perfect with any audio interface even better it is the only looper i know that does haslf and double speed also reverse half and double wouldn't by a multi track looper it really can be confusing matter fact i use a zoom gx1 four and send it out to the mxr to amp and its like a 2 channel looper or 3 cause you can volume loop and drums independently on the gx1 four the boomerang and rc are too big best to have bass multi effect pedal with looper and have it going out to a simple looper that way you get drums and 2 loop tracks in 1 i make 1 idea on the multi effects then record it to second looper after clear loop in multi effects pedal then you can add another loop idea independent i really like zoom multi effects pedals the have the ability to set loop length and with precount its much easier to make a perfect loop one warning tho the output is not as pristine as some of these other loopers but ver workable and thats why i use the mxr after it creates the integrity needed to keep signal out great if going out to pc you are better off with a multi efffects pedal you can get your loops to exact tempo with less hard work these loops presented ar more for live use and yes can be output to audio interfaces but the have no metronome and if you are not on time its harder to use in a project harder but not impossible
@@dvespa sounds good but does it record loops with a pre count and can you manually set loop length to allow it sync easier on a stompbox or multi effects pedal looper that is key and it can make you quicker at looping i own a mxr clone looper and a zoom gx1 four and am able to do what the boomerang and the rc does with multi loops by chaining them together the mxr by far is the best looper i ever used it has exclusive functions like speed 1/2 and x2 and x1 also reverse with speed control no other looper has that plus its output is excellent

What is a good looper pedal for Metal music?
any looper will do once it can overdub most of these loopers are for newer types of improv no looper is genre specific

Besides the looper, do I need an audio interface? I play the bass.

even better it is the only looper i know that does haslf and double speed also reverse half and double
wouldn't by a multi track looper it really can be confusing matter fact i use a zoom gx1 four and send it out to the mxr to amp and its like a 2 channel looper or 3 cause you can volume loop and drums independently on the gx1 four the boomerang and rc are too big
best to have bass multi effect pedal with looper and have it going out to a simple looper that way you get drums and 2 loop tracks in 1 i make 1 idea on the multi effects then record it to second looper after clear loop in multi effects pedal then you can add another loop idea independent
i really like zoom multi effects pedals the have the ability to set loop length and with precount its much easier to make a perfect loop
one warning tho the output is not as pristine as some of these other loopers but ver workable and thats why i use the mxr after it creates the integrity needed to keep signal out great
if going out to pc you are better off with a multi efffects pedal you can get your loops to exact tempo with less hard work
these loops presented ar more for live use and yes can be output to audio interfaces but the have no metronome and if you are not on time its harder to use in a project harder but not impossible

Speaking rapidly while music is playing at the same time, irritating at best
I can't stand when somebody talks uninterruptedly like that, like in American ads. It's just unbearable.
Wtf is wrong with you?!
