I also practice yoga regularly and now I am 57 and I have mild hypertension and mild diabetis.
Sir, I can do Sarvangasana very easily and the counter pose advised by my yoga instructor is MATSYASANA. When I am doing this matsyasana, I am suffering with severe neck pain and I stopped doing this sarvangasana.. Please suggest shall I practice sarvangasana without doing matsyasana.. Will be highly thankful to your suggestion in this regard sir.
