I am experiencing palpitation, chest pain and shortness of breathing for the past few weeks.
After doing the yoga as per your instructions, I am really feeling fresh and my palpitation, chest pain and breathing problem has reduced to some extent.

i have anxiety disorders too! generalized anxiety disorder, phobias, panic attacks and etc. I can't take meds cuz first they are horrible for you and second they gave me stomach ulcers & h pylor & gerd..so i cant even take it even if I wanted too.
