hi..you should do anuloma viloma pranayama...do asanas that will expand the chest...like parvatasana, veer bhadrasana 1, etc..also avoid food which adds to vaat (gas) in the body..
If your reports are normal, I assume that this is happening because of vatta dosha. You can do anuloma viloma pranayama, apana vayu mudra. Aslo the sound healing for heart chakra. My heart rate was in the 40s beforehand. It is currently in the 60s at rest. I am very exhausted when I workout, but I HAVE TO! Early morning is better. Try doing all asanas as mentioned if not then choose what you like.
