    Nice and useful video ,plz tell about the yoga through which I removed my teribble back pain ( slip disc).....I have a great problem of back pain in lower parts of back bone so I use lumber belt for suport when I drive bike

    Hello Devi! I'm suffering from Arrhythmia, can you suggest me few more yoga tips for this problem? I'm practicing these asanas regularly, should I take normal breath or deep breath while performing these asanas. I'm taking deep breath while practicing. Please reply.

      hi..you should do anuloma viloma pranayama...do asanas that will expand the chest...like parvatasana, veer bhadrasana 1, etc..also avoid food which adds to vaat (gas) in the body..

      If your reports are normal, I assume that this is happening because of vatta dosha. You can do anuloma viloma pranayama, apana vayu mudra. Aslo the sound healing for heart chakra. Giving the link below.

      Check your diet. Your body might not be digesting something that you are eating. Which causes gases.

      Early morning is better. Try doing all asanas as mentioned if not then choose what you like.

    Thank you for such beautifully explained videos! ❤️🌟 I am in cardiac rehabilitation at this time. I suffer Addison's disease and nearly died before it was discovered. My heart rate was in the 40s beforehand. It is currently in the 60s at rest. I am very exhausted when I workout, but I HAVE TO! I am using Yoga as well, to gain my stamina and improve my pulmonary function. Due to Corona,I don't have any insurance,so I am on my own,making my OWN physical therapy plan,and just trying to live! Maybe I should start my own channel, LOL! 😆

      Pranayamas, Chanting & meditation will help. Every time you feel anxious go back to your breath. Do slow and deep breathing.

    I always get afraid every early morning what wrong might happen today.. my boss may shout.. I may losse the job. Like this every day. I do marketing. When it s evening il feel bit relaxed. It's night then I feel very relaxed . All tensions on my heart. That's y today started doing this video related yoga. Lets c.i Pray to god that my anxiety must reduce soon

      Every time you feel anxious, just do few slow and deep breathing...breath is a very powerful medium through which you can shift your consciousness... also listen to this Tibetan Bowl music while going to sleep.

      For scoliosis your daughter can practice, Half Locust pose, Downward Facing Dog pose, Mountain pose, Three legged cat pose, bridge pose etc. Even side easy plank is good. I would recommend her to do under supervision of some expert yoga practitioner/trainer and then she can do on her own.

    Dividatta... your video is very good. I am 60 years. I suffered heart attack 2 years back, and had restrictive VSD (very small hole in the heart). I am now leading a normal life, using medicines.
    Can i do the above illustrated yoga?

      Arthritis to any specific joint? Besically you need to keep doing basic movements of the joints to keep them mobile and reduce the pain. Try applying Nilgiri Oil (Eucalyptus Oil)
