    kapalbhathi ...you should sqeueeze stomach and exert the breath out...you way of doing is wrong...you are shaking chest...and body...and anulom.vilom.pranayama you should not make sound of breath

      for the general public, we just introduced basic steps of kapalbhathi. We showed sound in video, bcz learners inspiration to have intensive breathing.
