Took the Aventure and Pace for test rides. I plan to do bike camping. Found the Aventure to be to large/over kill. Heavy! Love that it comes with front shocks and fenders. But the Pace. WOW! It does get out of it's own way. Great ride. Maybe getting one for me and the wife.
The new Brent is a busy bee lately, so many good bikes to choose from in this price range, but I see Aventon makes their bikes look more expensive than they are, plus they include desirable components that others lack at that price point.
indeed! busy, but playfully so. :) i think you nailed it with Aventon, Pedro. they also have longevity going for them. they've been around for a minute now, which is a good thing. hope you're having a great day and it's wonderful to see you as always!
Pondering thought I find a bike so many of on UA-cam but set it before they drag it out so much how much does it cost how fast can you make it go how far these are simple most people drag it out won't tell
Great review! I'm 6' 3". Do you think I can get an upright ride from this? I'm looking for a super upright ride and it's a challenge to find a decently spec'd bike that is "affordable" and upright for a 6'3" rider (especially if the bike is not available to try).
hi gholland! i think if you got the large frame and adjusted the handlebars to be completely upright you'd get the geometry you're looking for. i'm 5'10 and i had the handlebars about in the middle and i was still riding at an upright posture. these guys also have a good return policy. happy hunting!
hi I am 6’4” and purchased a Pace 500 m/L step through. Handle bars are good. The seat for me is about 4” low but not a big deal with the electric boost. I am looking to get a longer post. I’m sure you can be happy with this bike.

The Pace 500 Med-Large frame is only rated for a max height of 5 feet 10 inches. I am 6’2”. I got the new Level.2 bike from Aventon. The large frame is rated for 5’10” to 6’4”. A Michelin better fit.
only on the old pace has the price been lowered. its being discontinued due to the launch of the Next Gen. The old Pace has the better battery though. the new one is all eye candy.
what's up, Corey! thank you so much for the kind words! it's hard to go wrong with anything from Aventon, but there's a lot of good brands out the these days. happy hunting!
hi Jeff! the battery is locking and removable. i'm not sure exactly what you mean by disabled, but i don't think there is a toggle to stop the flow of current.

Great video… picked up a large today. I’ll be back with comments… 🚴
awesome! and one of the best handles i've ever seen. JOHNEBEGOOD! :)
I just saw the Pace 500 step thru is $200 less, that is quite a buy,. too bad I am not in the market for one now.
Guess the top tube costs $200 :) Pretty groovy they actually lowered the price on the step thru though. thanks for calling that out, Pedro!

Great deep dive. I'm looking for a summer toy. 🚲

Is there a way to lock or disable the battery when parking the bike with the battery still on the bike?

how much "RPM" on the pedal in order for us to achieve that 28mph (flat surface)? Thanks for additional info.
hey Nath! not sure the exact revolutions but it feels good pedaling at top speed. not too much egg beating :)
what is the seat post suspension that you use for the bike?
the Suntour NXC is a great one
Hi Brent, what is the frame size of the bike?
hi Karam! this was a medium
