Defienetly Drake. I prefer him over Lance tbh. Lance seems like the type of trainer to take up Dragon types because of their strength (and yes has had heroic feats) but drake seems like the type of trainer who took up Dragon types due to their difficulty to control, raise, and catch. Also he looks like a former team aqua memeber who was leader at some point
Drake also seems the kind of guy to give trainers tough life lessons
Probably my fave little thing about drake is that he’s a sailor who uses dragon types
In many old sailor stories - there’s always talks of sea monsters (dragons) tackling ships -
So essentially he’s a tough old sea captain who tamed and mastered the monsters who would attack his ship.

Rosé Chara, I agree. Your words really make sense because Drake has a Salamence, a very brutal Pokémon.
His Salamence is super annoying tho
DAMN, that was REALLY smart of Glacia to withdraw Glalie right before Perish Song would’ve KO’d Glalie, that was like player smart, rather than the questionable decisions the NPCs usually make.
The smartest play was this person sending flygon out against a battle of ice types. Like he must be on the spectrum.

I said “Oh NO.” when Flygon’s Steel Wing missed Glalie, leaving Flygon susceptible to Glalie’s Ice Beam attack!
The first ever Elite Four that I battled. So nostalgic.
I'm interested to know which elite four is your favorite in the sondage! I choosen based of what was your favorite in each generation that you voted.
(except Acerola because I guess this might be your favorite Alola Elite Four. Still planned to do that one battle since I didn't did the one in Sun and Moon)

Salamance quickly became my favourite Pokémon after seeing Drake‘s for the first time.
First thing I did after the Elite Four was catching some Bagons in Meteor Falls.
In UltraMoon I still have the Salamence evolved from that one max Attack IV Bagon I caught back in R/S/E.
Would really be a turn off if I won‘t be able to bring that Salamence to Sword/Shield because of Pokémon restriction.
I‘ve had this one since almost 16 Years and it has grown to me (I know this sounds kinda weird)
Would be like leaving a life long friend behind.
Don’t quote me but I think Salamance is in SW
Drake is my favourite dragon master because he doesn't cheat and has a full dragon team.

I still don’t get why lance is called a dragon type master when half of his team doesn’t consist of dragon types, I think he should be called a flying type master because thats the one typing his entire kanto team had

Salamance was insane in the old days, along with Aggron and Armoldo and don't forget Blaziken
I bet Mixeli didn’t expect that Dusclops would use an attack like Ice Beam on Flygon, x4 times super-effective!

Sydney would be my favorite due to how laid back he is and how he doesn't mind losing since he had fun.

After playing both Ruby & Sapphire, Kyogre really can work wonders in these elite 4 and Groudon can too but it needs a very specific moveset. Blaziken is the go to starter with its mixed combination of Fire/Fighting/other moves that can give Kyogre great backup 😁
I love Pokémon Sapphire, it was the first game I started and completed 🙏🏼 it will always have a special place in my heart
I guess my favorite elite four in hoenn was phoebe. God her 2 dusclops were tanky af and it tilted me when i lost half of my team just because of her 2 dusclops still she made me feel like i was fighting a real person when i was a kid so i respect for her

In my latest play through my friend and I were able to trade Pokémon so I’m currently playing with all 3 starters on my team

I leveled up my Medicham to level 60 and then I just used 12 rare candies and used him to sweep the entire league, my other Pokémon were in the levels 44-46, and my Linoone in the level 24 with Hms

Like, my team sucked, I had Blaziken, Linoone, Mightyena, Raichu, Clamperl (have no idea how it got into my team lol) and I don't remember who the last one was.
But I think you understood how bad my team was back then, I still don't know how I beat Steven lmao

My favourite series of battles is the hoenn pokemon league but my favourite elite four member in general is Shauntal (unova elite four)

My favourite is definitely Drake. Because he is the most challenging one among elite four. With my team, I barely handled him. Despite my Swampert was level 60, his Salamence was still a pain in the ass.
For the others, Sidney is easy af. With a fighting type, you can easily sweep him. (You will be laughing if you have a Heracross.)
Phoebe is the second most challenging in my opinion. Despite I beat her with my Manectric and his bite, I seriously used 4 revives to revive my Manectric.
Glacia is yet another joke. With a fighting type, you can easily sweep her.
1 HP Heracross with Reversal slices through Sidney and Glacia like butter

Ikr! Got beady lil red eyes! I still have this game on my gameboy and I challenge the league every once in a while. I didn't use a starter tho I made my own team without one which was much harder but funner!
