A lot of the XY cast have cool designs. Except for a few like Xerosic and Tierno. It's just unfortunate that they're all... bland. The only memorable characters I can think of are Shauna, Calem/Serena and Lysandre
To be fair, I regularly forget about the Gen 4 elite four a lot more. At least people saying the Gen 6 Elite four is forgettable reminds people about them. Sort of the Maractus treatment.

But they didnt really have much going for them aside from their aesthetics. Gen 4 however you had unique members such as Aron just for being the first bug type elite four member and, Bertha was known for having a sturdy team. And then you have Flint who's friends with volkner who you meet before battling him (you also get to tag battle against him in platinum which I thought was pretty sweg) and lastly Lucian was infamous for being a nightmare to fight against. His Bronzong was the bane of my existence lol
*QOTD:* Easily Drasna. She's _easily_ the most likable of the 4 as Malva is a brat with connections to Team Flare, Siebold is an overobsessed cook who only likes you if you agree with him, & Wikstrom is a wannabe knight stuck in the wrong century. Drasna is a very nice, likeable, friendly, & elderly trainer. The fact she uses Dragons is a bonus. In addition, the fact her lore connects her to Sinnoh mean we could see her in the Diamond/Pearl remakes in some capacity... I like that!
Drasna would fit right at home as someone you meet on your first visit to Celestic Town, perhaps even having a Multi Battle with her against Cyrus in the cavern?

Wouldn't even be that hard. Malva: Keep her team and give her a Mega Houndoom Siebold: Add another water type (maybe something like Swanna or Ludicolo) and mega evolve his gyarados. Wikstrom: Add another steel type (Preferably something like Steelix or Magnezone) and Mega evolve his Scizor. Drasna: Keep her normal team and give her a Mega Garchomp.
Siebold, because the way he flips out on you when you tell him pokemon battle isnt art is just plain hilarious. Plus his gyarados can be trouble if you dont have an electric counter

This is where i stopped back in the day. X/Y. Sold my 3ds for 60 bucks or so. I prefer the classic. As soon as Pokemon started having prefixes like mega and ex, that's when it was over for me. Around this time the Pokemon started to become things like paper towel holder and teapottalotta, a water mud type lol. I want my battles to be fast I don't need Cinema. I could play this though! I got only to level 20 or something here.
