In this one, to start things off, I am discussing why I changed up my content here on the channel, as well as answering the questions submitted by you all since the beginning of the year. I do miss the old nixxom style but like classic wow it’ll be a nostalgic memory
I've noticed the shift in style the past month and I'm really liking it, always have. I remember the mountain biking vlogs back years ago when you were doing the first season of Lord of the Rings leveling challenge. That series is actually what introduced me to the Nixxiom channel in the first place.
You remind me of a close friend I have in Denmark who I meet up with every now and then (I'm Finnish), going out on our own adventures in the wilderness doing woodwork, gathering herbs etc. That way of life always resonated with me and your content reminds me of that cozy part of my life, and how much I enjoy it. It's really nice to see fresh clips of your travels in the woods, it's inspiring!

Glad that you’re getting out from behind the desk. It’s so important for your health, weight and mental wellbeing to get out and be active!! I’m disabled now and hate the fact I can’t go running 40 miles a week, as I once did! If you can move, do so! Don’t take your health for granted Nixxiom. Your a great guy and full of up beat advice, so I know you’ll get back on top of things and feel better about yourself and maybe learn that harmonica and/or build that house you wanted. 🤗
Being a “content creator” or “influencer” isn’t about getting as many views within a toxic community, it’s about getting the right views and making a difference, to others AND yourself!! You’re only on this earth once, make it count for YOU! 🥰

I’ve been watching your content since around 2015-2016. I must say your “chill” content is by far my favorite.
I still watch your camping video, I still watch old fireside videos, that asmr your did with a cigar and whisky.
Also your leveling challenges, especially Lotr, were so chill. It felt like being in a journey with you in the game.

I might make a suggestion. To honor your roots, do a Machinima but also pair it with a real world similarity. An example, make one set in someplace gloomy like Duskwood, then follow it with you doing a mini-document of you hiking through a foggy forest with an interesting local legend of spirits in it or something, or an "Eastern Kingdom' walk video, followed by you hiking through the America to see the national monuments. You're making great strides, but don't forsake what got you there.

times do change, although i quite literally grew up watching the machinimas and top 10 type of videos from you its great seeing these videos too because we get to know you more personally over than just how much WoW knowledge you have.

I recommend driving up Wolf Creek Pass and camp in the San Juan National Forest near Pagosa Springs, CO. You’ll cross multiple biomes in the span of 6 or so hours on your way there from Denver. Stop at the Great Sand Dunes on your way there. Then you can head up to Gunnison and see Black Canyon.
Always loved your "oldschool" view on WoW and Blizz, as I am a Vanilla-WoltK player, metalhead, nature fan and powerlifter. Also since you and Asmon didn't partake in the absolute angry vxd normie madness from 2020-2022 I love you even more. Prost!
The PNW is amazing Nixxiom, the olympics in Wa have some amazing trails. One I think you'd like is the hike to the Sol Duc Hot Springs. The HOH rainforest is pretty amazing as well.

Most of us are here because naturally we love wow content, but also because we like your personality. I've seen so many creators/streamers just silently quitting because they suddenly get unmotivated to do the same thing. It's also a risk to switch styles, because what if people don't like it?
But the thing is, if you're really passionate about something, it'll show up in quality, and viewers generally like that.
Personally I like your laid back streams, especially with Crendor, they're perfect for late afternoon tea and gaming moments 😁🍵

I wouldn't call myself a fan, but I do enjoy the Witcher games. Beat the first and second, but I admit I never finished the third.

Machinimas simply were a dying breed. Doing these animations, and on that level, is not easy, and if there is a better solution in terms of RoI, it's understandable that you take that route, unless you're REALLY focused on making that specific type of art.

I fully support some WoW detox vids. It unironically left somewhat of a void when I finally quit after a 3yr accumulated /played time on WoW. Just couldn't anymore after the Jailer.

Nixxiom should do a Bear Grylls format
When you do the great walk again instead of starting in Deathknel as undead you should start in Eversong as belfs, since you guys are doing it on wrath servers anyway. It will make the walk last longer as you have to go through all of Eversong, Ghostlands, both plaguelands then start basically where you would as undead and go through Tirisfal down to Silverpine. Of course as belfs you also have the option to just go from Western plaguelands to Hillsbrad, skipping Silverpine altogether.

I feel like quitting machinima is kinda a big announcement, didn’t you kinda make a whole website, create a new YT channel for your machinima content, and make a whole big announcement, like, at the start of last year?
I know you literally haven’t made machinima in the past year, but ig I’m just wondering when you came to the decision to quit machinima outright so relatively soon after you said it would continue? I don’t catch the stream so maybe you talked about it there, but I’m mainly a youtube dude. You’ve talked about some of the health problems and Lucy(may she rest in peace 🙏) but I didn’t realize you quit machinima.
