This is so nice! I’m also trying to find one I did yesterday for pain and healing that goes through the chakras, but you breathe into the root chakra, then the sacral chakra, your waist, and up through the top of your head and upwards. That breathing helped my leg and back pain that was bringing me to tears. I saved it, but can’t find it. I think it was a newer one, but I did this one instead this morning. I feel better already. Found it! For those of you who liked this one, try the one put out 2 weeks ago called “Healing sleep meditation for Relaxation and stress relief”. I hope I remembered that title correctly! It really helped my back and leg pain and I used it in the middle of the day! I’ll edit this if I find the title to be incorrect. 🙏💕 Edited! Lol!
Hello Everytime I listen to the chakra balancing, I always have dreams from my child hood or from moments in my life where It was meaningful. Does that mean those are the areas where I have blockage?
So is it just your voice that enables the body to have these effects? No sounds in the background? It was crazy. I was getting relaxed and as soon as I scanned over my left foot my body felt numb. I thought, “wow that is powerful stuff.” I tend to have sleep paralysis that turns into a lucid dream so I thought “I’m in trouble if I am really awake and I force myself to get up.” But I stayed in bed. And I felt the vibrations and energy. I jumped the moment the track ended even though there was silence. And following the next hour or two I was seeing some pretty fun lights and shapes etc. it seemed to be in a cycle and my chest at my heart chakra was sweating. I am actually exhausted today as right now that just seems common for me balancing my chakras at night. I am happy it is the weekend. I really like this track, I just am not quite used to the way my body reacts lol.
Could you possibly do a guided forest/park hike/walk? Possibly add some metta to the plants “may you be nourished, May your beauty continue to inspire peace in the world”. Thank your for your guidance. You helped me more than you could know.
