Before all the rooms were renovated we checked in with a person . Asked nicely for a complimentary upgrade if available. We were given a room in the renovated tower on a high floor with a great view of the Mirage Volcano. I don't think I would have gotten that room with the kiosk.
over there I prefer the Bayview room with the bathtub. The waterfront rooms used to be very nice but lately kind of worn down. The coastal towers are supposed to be renovated, but they are small. If you have a choice, I would suggest the Caesars Ocean tower.
Do you overlap you comp stays? i usually stay 10 to 14 days every year. since they started charging for early check inn i overlap check inn at cosmo 1st thou 3rd check inn PH 2nd thou 6th check inn NyNY 5th thou 9th and so on. never pay early check inn fee and i have all day to check inn. works out nice. also if you have a late flight i book an extra day. this all may end soon as MGM will no longer status match .. i'd have to gamble even more to keep gold and Diamond status. but byod gives me comp rooms also and i don't gamble much their.
I will elaborate since I have some downtime right now... I do overlap if my stay is not too long, but sometimes I stay a very long time, like 30 days, and I need to stretch out the hotel stays.. moving days checking out at 11 and in at 3 are just an easy uber ride and I can shoot a lunch video to kill some time...
I used to get this place for $35 a night before there was a such thing as a resort fee. Now the cheapest room they have is 129 a night plus resort fee. They are going to price them selves right out of business
the price changes all the time.... but looking at the standard rate calendar I see some 29 dollar weekdays sprinkled around the next few months. ( yes plus resort fee )
I just cannot do the kiosk check in, I want to be able to speak to someone face to face… I usually like to make specific room requests so I don't see a robot being able to help with that. That is not a bad room though.
Ya that video is old, I dont bother with Caesars Affiliates anymore, because they recently went and changed some stuff and I just cant be bothered. Dear Caesars Entertainment Valued Partners, We wanted to bring to your attention an important update regarding Caesars Entertainment's affiliate program. This change is aimed at ensuring full transparency into the sources of all sales and traffic generated. We understand that implementing this change might require some adjustments. We appreciate your partnership and cooperation as we work together to ensure a smooth transition to this new requirement. Best regards, Caesars Entertainment Affiliate Program Team
Harrahs, reminds me of those ShowGirls, do they still have those Harrah's Shows? In 10-15 years, kiosks and AI will replaces many front desk jobs, sadly, I wont be buying any Real Estate around Vegas, rent, dont buy!
I am not a fan of harrahs either. back in the day I would buy the 24 hour buffets of buffets pass and I would go to the harrahs buffet to snack... also back then they used to comp me the older suites no problem, those days are gone as well
how much is the room? see affiliate link: Caesars’s Vegas Hotels: bit.ly/3Mftwgl

Great video Danny! We are staying there in December. Room looked great!
wow that is like 9 months away! I hope lake mead dont dry up by then hahaha
It's actually a really nice room. I like it. Good size and layout. I would consider staying in this room at Harrah's.
It will do its job. I like how things are in good condition!
Another negative of the kiosk is you can’t slip it the $20 sandwich to get a “complimentary upgrade”. 😂
But it still takes the complementary $35 resort fee!
You can slip a $20 bill into the drivers license slot. You'll get an instant upgrade!
Love your video!!! You really crack me up here at work when im supposed to be quietly working!!! Let me know if you could use a live camera man!!!
It is so small.....the room I mean. But it seems to be very cozy and comfortable.
I'm Canadian and I agree with checking in with a person. I have got some very good bribe upgrades. There is a little Mafia in all of us.
bribing is very fun.
That's a nice room, I booked a 2 day stay at Harrah here in New Jersey where I'm from and I hope ot looks as good as your room does

No mini Fridge at Linq or Harrahs it looks like, but Horseshoe did. One of the few amenities I actually use. Thanks Danny!
If I recall, the bad horseshoe room I was in did not have a fridge either... Its a gamble.. OHHHHHH
Not bad nice and clean
Nice to see coffee in a Vegas room. Closest I've gotten was in a Luxor Tower room where there was a coffee maker, but no coffee 🤷.
oh boy, they like to tease you
Thank’s for the update.👍🙏🙏
Any time!

@@dannythemedic thanks
I WILL take it home 😁😁
Nice digs!
I don’t see a lots of changes I was there two years ago and my room looked just like that.
So please tell us the secret of how to work the standing lamp.
switch in the back
Hi will you be in Vegas anytime from 3/13-3/15?
up date the house phone gezz...lol
I would hate having a connecting room.
OMG just not too long ago, I had a connecting room, ( doors closed, I dont know them) and the next door people kept coughing!
I just cannot do the kiosk check in, I want to be able to speak to someone face to face… I usually like to make specific room requests so I don't see a robot being able to help with that.
That is not a bad room though.
agree! i hate that kiosk
I'd hate to check in at a kiosk. My German passport will not fit in the driver's license slot.
Is you affiliate link expired? I don’t see one. 🤔

I guess if you're in a hurry, the kiosk is a good option...
Room looks great, not keen on using the kiosk though. Live interaction matters 🤗
Very true!
Missing a mini refrigerator.
in rooms that do not have mini fridge, I would forgive them if there are two bathroom sinks OR a wet bar with a sink so I can load it up with ice...
nice & clean, what more can you ask for. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I would rather another 100 square feet of space...
Can is ability May is asking for permission. 😆 🤣 😂
they better fix that shower head!
Danny the Medic, you didn't say how much the room is...
i usually dont.

Nice enough room; just not a fan of Harrah’s.
I am not a fan of harrahs either. back in the day I would buy the 24 hour buffets of buffets pass and I would go to the harrahs buffet to snack... also back then they used to comp me the older suites no problem, those days are gone as well
