Hi, I have images that I have saved on my laptop ( windows) and they are svg. When I try to upload them onto canvas they wont open and I always have to use the trace . Do you know why they wont upland please? Thank you x
Hi, how are you trying to "upload" them? To upload SVG files in the downloaded version of Canvas Workspace you need to go to either File, then scroll down to Import From My Computer.... OR use the SVG icon on the left-hand menu. In the online version, the easiest way is to go to the top menu and select the SVG icon. These methods will work for any SVG files that are suitable as cut files. Not ALL SVG files are designed to be cut files and there are many reasons why they will not import.
