You give me hope lol
Putting an engine in alone is very difficult, much respect.
Lol yeah it was challenging!
It's good to see someone really working on a bike well done
When I did my CB750. I put the motor on a piece of 3/4 ply , jacked the motor up with the jack. And then placed the frame on it. A lot easier than having to pivot the motor around when you are trying to fit in bolts.
One of the coolest videos I have watched. So cool to see a bike built. Pretty cool how you just know where everything goes
Un
You are one Garage Rambo! Bravo!
Thanks for the effort to get the bike done and shared it with us 😀!
I can't imagine but saw done.
I'm speechless 😂

Hi man im from Aruba glad to see some real fix on bikes i have a Yamaha R1 98 gonna need some lesson how to fix bikes its my first one
Thats so hard when no help 😞, awesome video props to getting the job done on your own 💯💯👍👍
My cbr1000rr sits most of the time unused and it usually leaks its fork, what you did there was exactly what I did every time but with plastic playing cards.
It’s a great trick!
Hi, I'm from Philippines and i love your work. ❤️

Amazing work. Hugely impressed.
I swear you’re a professional now. Awesome job bro!
Thanks bro!
20:48 When you crank it up for the second time, it sounds like your cam chain is rattling for a second or two, before the cam chain tensioner eventually takes take up the slack and it goes quiet. It could be just the recording, but I'd have a look at the tensioner, it might be on the way out 🤔🤷♂️.
Its like you aligned that engine in the frame first try!!
O hi bro ❤️🤗
Little bearing tip: Put the bearings (box, wrapers and all) into a ziplock bag, and then into the freezer for 24 hours. Literally seconds before installation, pull them out of the freezer, put a small bit of lube/grease on the bearing exterior surface - they will go in a tad bit more easily (light hammer use)
I did put these in the freezer for a day before this.
sorry for my English but I only speak Spanish, I don't understand much what you say but you amuse me and I learn a lot with your videos! keep it up greetings from uruguay!
Hola! Thanks bro I really appreciate it!
Not trying to be a nancy here but a couple of pointers. They do make a special tool for pressing in the headset bearings. Doing it crooked like that you run a risk of damaging the frame. Also, you want to coat the output shaft splines with a 60%+ moly grease to prevent wear to the splines from the front sprocket, its very important. Standard moly grease is only 3%, you will have to special order it and its expensive. California Scientific has a good writeup about this on their site if you wanted to know more.
I like your videos, keep it up 👍
Thanks for the info!
Awesome video and an awesome job buddy looks good, could do with a bike lift but I know how much they cost and someone to help when you need a third hand, I'm glued to your bike videos now ,Bring it on

good job boy.i like you content
Super work 👍👍👌
Good job man. This is insane work 👍🏻👍🏻
If I remember right there is a plug in from the wiring harness that goes a shit ton easier if you plug it in before you mount the motor up. I wanna say its the cam sensor. Did you run into that? I was waiting for this moment but it never came.
No i didn’t have that problem it all went pretty smoothly for me, the hardest part for me was getting the airbox to sit right and with the vent hoses on correctly.
Amaging bro
Verry good,qua hay
Good job bro.great video..
Would you happen to have a diagram on how to start the motor out of the bike? I have a 2008 cbr600rr motor that I got out of a frame, wire harness and all. Full on drop out, im trying to get it started.
Those seal-savers seem a bit of a copout, no offense. What's the crack and how long do they last?
Nice 👍
Love from India
Good job man! Lookin good. :-D
Thanks!
You spent all that money at the powder coated and put dirty, rusty, clip ones back on the bike?
Profesional 🤙
awesome work!
Netflix: are you still watching?

Thanks!
@@Benjamminoutdoors you welcome
The quality and production has really gone up on your new videos. I also like that you talk more compared to your first rebuilds
Thanks, that means a lot!!! I’m trying to be the best!
Never seen the seal saver trick before what do you use to push up in there ?
Yeah it’s really great it basically goes in there and just pulls all the crap around the seal out and then you basically just reseat them, sometimes you have to do it a few times.
@@Benjamminoutdoors Awesome thanks
This is great
My Dream bike
Yeah it’s a great bike!
@@Benjamminoutdoors someday i gonna buy one🥺😍 more power i'm your fan from philippines 😁

Thanks! And Believe it or not the r6 revs to like 16.5k
@@Benjamminoutdoors that's impressive! I wanna try something like that!
Do you have any recommended brand of parts to share for us?
I try to stick with OEM if I can, but most of the non-structural parts, like upper fairing stays and headlights and stuff I typically buy off eBay.
I need a full fiber for my Honda 2005 600rr
Hi friend, I am from India, chennai I need second hand honda CBR 600r or rebuild how much cost take?
Good video bro 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Man the wiring part is very difficult for me.😵
Wooow good
Hello, my 07 cbr600rr isn’t starting.. I get an FI code #19 (ignition pulse sensor) .. any suggestions as to what exactly I need to replace? Not exactly too sure where the ignition pulse sensor is 🤷♂️. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you
That’s the sensor that’s inside the clutch cover that plugs in under the throttle body.
@@Benjamminoutdoors Thank you! You recommend anything to fix the issue? Should I just purchase a new one? Or could it be an issue with the wiring?
@@divad600rrv5 I’d definitely look at it first make sure there’s no damage on the crank, or the sensor but yeah I’d probably replace.
@@Benjamminoutdoors ok I’ll do that once I get home. Thank you so much! & you said they connect under the throttle body.. I’m thinking maybe I have it plugged in the wrong spot? In your video at 8:59 when you’re explaining the plugs for the throttle body you can see a skinny grey & black plug on top of the radiator hose. I have it connected into that black one.. is that the right spot?
@@divad600rrv5 yeah they should be color-coded the plugs should be the same colors, my email is in my bio if you want to email me.
