Check out 650ib on youtube, the mechanic he uses showed how he installed them on a 201x Bmw s1000RR. They drop Right in. If Freezing isnt enough alone for some reason you can use a heat gun or a small torch like man here does, heat the a tiny bit wheel first, then drop frozen bearing in its place. Is there some new method of powder coating that I'm but aware of? The way my dude describe it in the video with going into the oven and the powder melting onto the surface and stuff. I thought powder coating was when they attach a negative charge to the parts being coated and they release the positively charged powder and it bonds to the surface. Instead of spraying on the paint this basically bonds the powder paint to the rims.

Also i believe that the lever is a little more to the inside so the clutch lever is not pulled in all the way. Next mistake i made was getting folding brake levers.. 1st ride my hand was looking 4 the brake and the brake lever folded up a little... went back home and took them off never to be fitted again OEM long levers for me

Constantly riding around, I would say around 185 degrees F is pretty normal. Fans should kick on around 210-220 to cool the bike off. Anything over 230 degrees is concerning and you could have an overheating issue. These numbers are fairly common across all sportbikes with a little variation
