Yea they are very hard especially doing them slow and controlled. But in this case with the muscle up you need to train the explosiveness off your pull up
Can You Show chest pull up progression please. Also with hoodie is hard to tell how high chest pull up actually is :_) . (I can do 8x 2s pause + slow negative pull ups, but I cannot even jump up muscle up :-0 )

Seems to me that you are very strong. Can you do clean chest pull ups? If not you need to practice those to activate the muscles in your forearm needed for the muscle up. If you can then you need to practice controlled swing pull ups
@@NimaMomtahan yes I can do chest to bar pull ups Also my max pull up is with 25kg ( very clean) 1 rep every 5 min My weight is 75kg current went down from 98 to 75
@@HienHere slow pull ups time under tension. 2 sec on the way up hold for 2 in top position then 2 sec down. Repeat every day and you’ll see good results. Bonus tip: explosive pull ups & negative muscle ups

Chest pull-ups are not easy. I can do 10 strict pull-ups but I don’t think I can do 5 chest pull-ups.
