    Guys I am still in week 12 of beginners program.Still focusing on strength and skills exercises.At 61 I intend to get this .Thanks for showing progression exercizes.

    I fell down the stairs a few months ago, I've been recovering a lot over the past few months and watching all your videos has given me a new found motivation to start calisthenics as soon as I fully recover, and if I happened to win the giveaway it would make this journey easier and who knows maybe within a few years after my recovery I could be doing the human flag, but until I recover I'll just sit in bed with my ice pack.

    Im just about 2 months into calisthenics, I switched from weight training because I thought bodyweight training seemed way more fun and rewarding. A muscle-up is one of the goals I set when I first started and I'm hoping to get one before summer thanks to this video :)

    I am utterly excited due to your video! I have been looking forward to see this kind of training because I've been coping with the Muscle up Technique and I hope I will be able to achieve it in 2 months!     I can l sit to handstand on the ground no problem. But I can only do it a few times eventhough i take 6 min break my main issue is on dip bars any tips or advice

    Sir recently i had a injury and the doctor has adviced me to not do workout for a weak so i would practice these exercises after 10 days and i would tag you my progress after every 10 days

    Hi may I ask what the rest time between sets? Will it be 2min for all exercises? Or for the 10 negative MU in cycle 1, will it be EMOM? Thank you!
