Literally the only guy on youtube who always teaches us pull up shit while having a shirt on.
😂😂
LMAO
He would be out of uniform
And it always stays tucked.
I have absolutely no idea why any man would even care whether or not another man has on a shirt or not. Don't understand it.
I hope everyone gets something out of this video! This is just how I self-taught myself to do them. I never watched any videos on how to do them so this is strictly from experience only. Let me know what you think and please LIKE the video! :)
Serg. Pls do a video on chinups for beginners, i cant do a single chinup..
Extremely helpful, thank you
You need to check out Diamond Ott. He's a Samoan and Master Sergeant in the U.S.Army. The guy is a Beast.
How many push up do one need to do to have the enough strenth?
ali hayyder try “dead hangs”
Hold on the the pull up bar with a firm grip and time your self. Start with 10 seconds or whatever you can handle and continue to challenge your best time.
Also assisted pull ups/chin ups with resistance bands worked for me.
I’m officially done trying to explain the muscle up to friends at the gym...This video is on point! Great work!
swings: 1:48
explosive knee raises: 3:04
pull: 5:16
transition: 6:30
I did my first unassisted kipping muscle-up today. I watched many tutorials, but yours really helped me to tie up all the loose ends in my form. The most important part from your video that really helped me was the "pushing together of the elbows" as you pull. I would also suggest to anyone trying to muscle up, to first start with resistance bands. It really helped me to get used to the movement. Thanks so much again!
Today I did my first muscle up for the first time. I've been trying for 2 months and two days ago I saw your video on UA-cam, I followed your advice and techniques and today I did it for the first time !!! You're the best man! Thanks 🤩
Congratulations 🎉
There are useful hints here that I haven't heard on dozens of other MU tutorials. Thanks.
Excellent tutorial. I can do L-sit ring pull ups, 4 sets of 13, so this is the next challenge. I know ring technique are different so I better try on bar first. OBTW, I'm 68.
Best muscle up tutorial i've ever seen.I spent a lot of time reaching 12 pull ups and 25 straight bar dips to complete failure in muscle ups. Now i feel i am much closer thanks to you. Greeting from brazil.
💯💯💯
Hope i had a sergeant like him in the army..unfortuntly i had some smart ass lieutenants who teased me for being the only one in the Unit who working out instead of giving me tips..you are the best!!
英語分かんないけどすごく熱く語りかけてくれてるからなんか嬉しい
マッスルアップ頑張るね

Late to the party but getting there. Easy Angle, Negatives, Pullups, archer, and L-sit is where I am at...I can do those. Muscle up not there yet. I will get there! Then those typewriters and shakers baby. New goals.

Thank you, Michael! I have had to use resistance band to assist me to do muscle ups although I was able to do 10 pull ups without issues. 45° top is very handy tip. 💪💯
Got my first muscle up today! If you can do 10-15 pull ups it's all technique and execution at that point.
The invisible bar trick is something new. Gotta try that next time. Good video SGT. (Go Army though)
It was really good tnq u
thanks v.m.Hope one day I´ll reach it.
Zero unlike that's the thing you deserve 👍
I follow you always sir
Muy buenos tus videos Michael. Saludos desde Argentina
Liked your video... i need to increase my push up n also pull up numbers first before moving on to muscle ups.
I like his hidden strength. He get the idea because I am not an arms guy either. People like what they like. Arms wasn’t my main focus.
This guy is incredible
It's also really helps if you take a really deep breath before the pull and exhale as forcefully as you can upon the lift, maintaining the forceful exhale at the transition (the most difficult part).
You're the best
Excelente vídeo! Tenga su like much respect👌👏👏💪
I achieved my first muscle up today after watching this video n that feeling..oooff....all I did was broke down every part of the whole muscle up in parts like he said worked on the movements n boom just went over the bar
Thanks WOW THAT'S
Muito bom, vou treinar dessa forma. 🤠👍
Like a boss!
God bless you bro
Hellow US from France we are together very good video with lot of advices very important i have never see an other channel with so much explication good job i will try the last time i do some pull up !!
Great 👍
Its been a hour and i have done 6 muscle ups. Thanks mike
I started to do more than one muscle up, when my pull ups increased for 15 and more.Useful video👍
Practice it’s key. Increase in Push ups and pulls will help
What I found was that you want the angle to be a little narrower when coming up, otherwise it's like doing a muscle up by first doing a "semi front lever" (more straight arm strength), which makes it exponentially more difficult. So bottom line, yes you want to go around the bar, but not to far off from it...
Awesome video! Last year I reached 13 muscle ups! Unfortunately the pull up bar I'm currently using has a ceiling above it so I cant muscle up );
Eu me preparei por 3 anos para realizar o bar muscle up mas somente apos essa dica de tentar juntar os cotovelos na fase de subida que eu consegui realizar o BMU. Obrigado
Ring muscle up tutorial would also be cool
Thanks man. Make a video how to train the muscle up. 👍
Thanks for the tutorial. So basically there are 2 pulling phases? A momentum pull and an all out pull to get over the bar? Thank You!
Great tutorial, thanks. Just for clarification, you didn't break your wrist as you were doing some muscle up, right?!
May i know pls..what diet u follow for keeping ur muscles ri8 or grow them?
