If you do, and like the smaller look of the Ohlins style damper, I have been using this one for a couple weeks now, works great:

Hi dave. Nice video. May I ask where did you buy wind shild? I have Rizoma. I bought before for my Scrambler Ducati icon. I need a braket to fix on my speed twin. And any idea for Ohlins or better quality Steering Damper for triumph speed twin 2023? Thanks...

I got the wind screen from Amazon. As for the damper, A&J Cycles sells the full Ohlins damper kit.

    But why?
as far as i can tell there are 0 cases of the Speed Twin getting headshakes, i dont even think this frame will ever support the type of resonance that would make that a threat?
    Digging the video regardless haha.

Keeps it tracking better in turns, on less than ideal pavement. It also wheelies a lot in 1st and 2nd... I figured for the price, why not?

At least one case. I still have a pinched nerve in my left shoulder as evidence.

@@thomasdial5440 It happens. It also probably comes down to the rider. Think about who this bike was designed for... Older riders who want to slow down and they want something that is still fun, but reminds them of their youth and glory days... or, new riders that are into the whole retro hipster thing...
For those people, the bike is ideal. All the coolness and character and enough performance to be fun and not get bored.
People taking this bike and actually riding it like a sportsbike and doing track days on it, is where you can push it hard enough to tie it into knots... Or you are a bigger heavier rider and the suspension simply isn't adequate and gets out of sorts... I fit into both of those. I am a big guy, and I ride this like I rode my R1 or my Tuono... And so a suspension upgrade and adding a damper was just part of getting the bike to where I needed it to be, both for performance, and safety. 🙂
