You'll need a paperclip or some other small point to press the microprocessor reset button. You can find the microprocessor reset button on the Pioneer AVH-4100NEX on the hard key panel to the far right beside eject. There is a firmware update available for the Pioneer AVH-4100NEX. Those settings are only available if you have the iDatalink Maestro.
