      You can make a paste of turmeric and lemon and apply paste and see if that works. Also you need to do whole body yoga to reduce over all body 🙏😊

    Hi Neha. Love your videos. one clarification. in urdhvamukhasvanasana the toes are not tucked in. you are on your toes and hands and the entire body is off the floor

    Is suya namaskar bad for people with high blood pressure ? Recently I googled and found these asanas to lower blood pressure
    * Balasana (Child’s Pose)
    * Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend)
    * Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose)
    * Janu Sirsasana (Head-to-Knee Pose)
    * Virasana
    * Savasana
    I follow your channel to do them properly. Would be gr8 if you can comment or suggest some more asnas I can do along with this.

      Warmup is must it could be your regular arms shoulder neck wrist ankle stretches and Surya Namaskar us or regular jumping jacks and site visits and more🙏😊

    Dear Nehaji ! I did this exercise, very slowly, and the following happened to me: when I was at the top of the exercise, I felt so dizzy and my eyes and ears went crazy. I've seen stars or spots everywhere (I can't explain) and the whole thing sounded so strange, the background music and conversation as if everything were like steel sheet metal echoing. And then I fell on the floor and I was knocked out. Not long, I think 2-3 maximum 5 seconds. And today happened again. And I'm really scared now 🥺. Do you have any ideas? Thank you for the Great Video !✌️🙏

      They’re pretty much same but apart facing dog is much more intense in terms of practice where you feel a lot more the whole body where as Bhujangasana you will feel more on your spine and shoulder🙏😊
