Bullit Pilot here! Great review and I wouldn’t argue with any of it. This is a bike to progress on, which is not always true of such capable bikes, some of which demand a high level of rider capability from the get-go. Oh, and I don’t like the Code’s either - I went for MT5’s on big Magura rotors at the front and at the back. Thanks!
I bought a bullit. It let's me climb and send. It's steroid Sammy Sosa mountain biking. I'll take the juice and you can put an asterisk next to my bike.

Very impressive, like the nice flowy trails with a little chunk in them . Here in the states live in Missouri trails are chunky and tree roots some flowy but not many .
I was ready to buy a Bullit until I started reading about the battery range. Ended up getting a Gen3 Turbo Levo which was the right choice for me as I weigh almost 90 kilos. Would love to have the Brose motor and 700wh battery in the Bullit.
Great vid! I ride a FREY AM1000 . It's a beast! 160 ml front and rear travel. Rockshox rear and Rock Shox Yari front. Maxis Minion fron and disector rear. One up Orange pedals and funn grips
I know a few people that have the ep8 and they do rattle like hell. Not sure I could cope. Interesting about the bash guard that softens the noise though. Great riding 👌
Just wish they weren't so damn expensive. Otherwise that bike would have been my choice. Went YT Decoy instead which I'm not unhappy about in the slightest.
Definitely the way to go thou I do still love my analogue bike! I didn’t actually monitor what speed I was doing, prob a bit slower than I would be on my own e bike due to unfamiliarity but if you want to go fast the Bullit will travel.
That’s filmed at at The GAP (Glencullenadventurepark) and its an amazing spot! We don’t have the highest elevation in Ireland but they’ve done a great job here as they’ve now opened trails higher up that link into the lower ones so you get more time going downhill!

Great review..Did it feel much bigger than the size small Megawatt factory that you reviewed as well? The reason I asked is I currently own a small megawatt factory & planning to sell it to buy a medium Bullit...I am only 165 cm so I’m a bit worried about the standover height. I also own a 2020 medium Bronson which is about the same size as my small megawatt... Thank you...
It definitely felt much bigger to me but Al has 800m handlebars on it so that would have made it feel even bigger. But the stand over felt bigger too. I’m 162cm and I do have shorter legs so bearing that in mind with you being 165 I think you’d be ok. Best bet is to see if you can get a go on someone’s before buying. Hello!! Just wandering, you bought a kenevo s3 with 475mm reach and you find bullit M (450mm) too big for you? I am in between these two bikes, im 165cm almost like you and trying to guess which will fit better…
Sorry only saw your message now! I think the Kenevo is 470 but yes with the medium you would think the bike would have suited me. The cockpit set up with the wide handlebars (800mm) etc I think made the bike feel bigger than the Kenevo. If it was my own bike obviously the set up would be different. I think both bikes would suit you to be honest so it would depend on your personal preference, best advice I could give is to try get a test ride in. Best of luck with your purchase! 🙌

Remember if the Bullit is too big, the Heckler comes in small and is just a tad less downhill oriented but probably will do for most people.
Yes you’re spot on thou for me personally I like the downhill orientation. Hopefully I might get a chance to test ride the Heckler soon 🤞

We did about twenty km and about a quarter of the battery was gone and I was mostly in trail mode. 😃

Why is the power button all the way at the bottom? BAD!
It didn’t affect me to be honest, you only put it in once at the start of the ride and switch it off at the end.
