I just slipped and rolled back while "ubhaya padangusthasana" and my 5 year old son laughed at me an attempt.. 😆.. I really enjoyed, relaxed session and my confidence increasing every after session. Few of the postures which I felt never possible, I did it at my best.. Hurray.. Thanks for all of these.. YogBela.. 😀

6/10 - today for me was more of a self-analysis. The asanas made me identify those areas of the body that are stiff. The flow helps in ironing out and smoothening the body in a phased manner. Effective way of working on the body.
As someone with health issues, my resolution this year was to take charge of my body. I want to build my strength to feel better. I've been using your videos as a guide for the past few days now so as soon as I saw this video this morning I had to click. Thank you for inspiring me.

Day 6 done! This was one of the more challenging sessions for sure as it helped me understand which areas of my body are still stiff and need to be flexible. It was a real eye opener. Thank you for teaching the asanas so beautifully 😊

Bt i hving problem with balancing in maintaining that pose for 5 deep breath.
Not in all kind of posture.
I have completed 27 rounds. But have taken 3 breaks in between.
I'm satisfied that,I have completed all the 27 rounds .
It's fine to take breaks

This session was really challenging for me... Most of asanas were difficult.. like "twisting the body and grabbing the thumb, balancing on one leg" were challenging.. need to work on that... Thank you, Preeti!!🤗🙏❤️

In gomukhasana when i take my left leg up i m able to complete the posture to reach out hands but while doing so with right leg hands cannot approach

Try gomukha with strap.. go for weight loss series
I did it but i was unable to catch by foot with back twisted hand any suggestions how i could do that
