    hello. I'm a bit late to the party but BOY am I glad I found you Melissa. I'm 11 weeks out from my total hysterectomy and getting back to my beloved yoga practice, albeit tentatively and more cautious than i would like. going back into your archives to practice. Would love a series of perhaps 2 weeks of all post abdominal surgery safe routines to build strength and confidence.
    Thank you for filling the large gap in the women's health fitness genre.

    Ahhhhhh ! What a great way to end a busy day. Although this one required a little creativity for a wrist injury it felt absolutely amazing. And happy baby on the block ? Yes please 😂🎉!

    I'm a day behind... Did this one today. Will do today's and tomorrow's tomorrow! Already did an hour in an outdoor class by the lake this morning. This was an amazing energizing flow! Thank you! ❤️
