Thank you Peter, that was great fun. Really enjoyed this series and watching you all race and fix all over the country. I think you should be proud of what you and the team achieved even if you didn't make the finish this time. Thanks for the inspiration, and showing us all the other cool cars.
Was very cool watching all the different cars competing thanks for sharing! And glad this streetweek motivated you to hammer out this build and get it going!
Well I think you had a good week given the idea that you were working so late to the deadline! Bravo! Let us see what improvements you decide to make. Looking forward to seeing more.
wow.... clutch/wearable part failure.... truly the best outcome you could have hoped for given no prep, and no prior drag race experience with the car, and on and on and on with how much custom stuff! and to be only 22km away from the house, that's a blessing!
Really interesting to see this series of drag racing in Sweden👍 I just love the no-prep 1/8 mile tracks that you people are using. It must be fun to drive through the little villages and towns with your 1000HP monsters!😂
Ow god, first time in 5 years my wheat lies flat and now 30 000 people is going to see it! Peter you have a very nice shirt on and i think everyone should look at it intensely and then by one😊
Gday Peter from Australia 👍 I love the Swedish brick mate! In the 1990’s I had a 244 sedan with a small block Chevy (550 horsepower) that ran low 11 sec 1/4 mile in Sydney, Australia. Would love to send you photos of car but don’t know how.
I have zero doubt you will get this thing sorted. Awesome vids from the road my dude. I dont care what kind of racing it is, this is always how it goes. Throw together a car at the last minute, then next year...........do the same....lol
Yikes I'd say the seat in that Camaro needed cleaning after that 😬😰 That Corsa looks fun. Disappointed for you that it your week ended like that, all the best for next time
Well... I think that some of the "cars" here are quite hard to get street legal also :P Most of them have "old pappers" that if they are over 50 years they don¨t need to be inspected for "normal road use" :P
Peter, I don't see anyone using no prep traction liquid anywhere? It's a liquid that turns the surface of the tire into track prep basically. The burnout leaves a prep like sticky surface with prepped traction level. Even works on city streets lol. Skinnies Skreecret Sauce is a popular one here.
Killer job with a killer crew! You threw the car together in a few days and made it this far! I can't wait to see where the volvoghini goes from here!
that filter from the kitchen is 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀
Great Build, anyway. Thanx for taking us with you!

Thanks for this and the other 4 Street Week videos - absolutely awesome and the same goes for your built 👍👍👍
I never even thought you'd get the Volvo running in time so to get there and run is a massive achievement. You guys should all be very proud 🙏🏻
Thanks mate! I could enjoy all the troubles in front of my screen! I know the pain of racing, it's fun when watching, no at all when you are down.
Lots a US cars... thumb's up bro great video...greting you from Quebec, Canada 👍

What a great race week! Well done. Heavy duty clutch and turbos for next year.😉
Amazing job on everything. Shame on how it ended. Thanks Peter and Co-drivers 👏👏
09:53 That AWD Corsa 👌
BMW 3 Compact AWD 1200hp: absolutely Fantastic
Haha, I thought the coils in that volvo looked exactly the same as the ones in my 2006 cbr 1000rr and it turns out they were 😁
Was very cool watching all the different cars competing thanks for sharing! And glad this streetweek motivated you to hammer out this build and get it going!
It was a great week, thanks for taking us all along for the ride.
This was an amazing video series! Can’t wait for the twin turbo version next year! 👍🏻
The car and the team did great on this, a very major shakedown run, this is the best streetweek in the World, cheers, UK
@user-nx7io1ns7p Can he do owt' about making my energy bills cheaper in the UK?.......🖕

I love your volvo man. So cool.
14:56 nice 242 with 164 front!

Bra jobbat Peter! 👍😀
Kul att få följa med på äventyr. Bra jobbat.
Awesome events! Love to see the car scene in Sweden.
@user-nx7io1ns7p Been there doing that 😉

What an awesome project!
@user-nx7io1ns7p Even Muhammad acknowledges Jesus. That says it all.
Awesome team of guys there.⭐⭐⭐🏁🏁🏁😎
Great video as always, thanx Peter
Most badass sleeper!!
Would love to have the skills.
@user-nx7io1ns7p There is only one way to God. Your spiteful and oppressive religion is a joke.
240 Sedan showdown, Awesome!
5:42
What happened with the Urquattro?
I'am pretty sure it was my old car! 🤘
3:20, thats a corvette mate, with a Pontiac engine..
Yikes I'd say the seat in that Camaro needed cleaning after that 😬😰
That Corsa looks fun. Disappointed for you that it your week ended like that, all the best for next time
just found your volvoghini project and love it, but why is the playlist in reverse.
That was fun what a journey.
I'd love to see this at one of the US drag & drive events!
@user-nx7io1ns7p you are lost
awesome videos! thanks i reallly like these
top content Peter!
14:25 = Finally! I see what engine the Volvo 162 actually has! Volvo 6-cyl!
164
242 with 164 front, fenders and hood.
That was drag racing but with a 500 hp NA engine, I'm surprised the clutch didn't hold
Shame about the clutch but well done for getting it finished 😀
love this volvo
How does that valve spring tester work ? Love from New Zealand. Awesome machine mate.
SM got those cooling issues down pat.
Pretty cool
Kul med ytterligare en video! Ska bli kul o följa utvecklingen
Absolutely now way,you get any,good results,with out turbo,and interculler,and special petrols!my friend.😂

What engine is that in the 164e Again
I saw my S5RS6 for a second there :D
Sorry the clutch broke :( But lucky it was close to home :)
Its so discreet (Sleeper) so i did not was it when i had the camera in hand :)
@@PeterBjorck The guys at Mantorp who managed the race car parking thought I was there to sell stuff from the trailer 😅 "no I'm here to race" haha
It didn't break, it merely put parts into submission 👀😂
what happened to your Audi R8?
Wait... are most of them street legal in sweden?!
Most of them are. Yes
Turbo the volvoghini to next year?
Today I learned that Ikea makes air filters for performance engines.
Are we gonna see a turbo upgrade for next year? ;-)
Yes. By making the car into an R8.
Are these cars legal to drive on the roads in Sweden ?
No
@@modifiedf2092then how do you drive on the Street ?
Twin turbo next year.
Is it just me or do Swedish race cars look way more beautifully engineered than here in America?
It's not you. Race cars ARE more beautifully engineered in Sweden
Just imagine for a moment you would try to get that Camaro street legal in Germany.. or basically any of the cars for that matter
Well... I think that some of the "cars" here are quite hard to get street legal also :P Most of them have "old pappers" that if they are over 50 years they don¨t need to be inspected for "normal road use" :P
This cars are NOT streetlegal...(so fun isn't Sweden)
@@martinlund9524The "older paper" do not matter at a Police check if the car is so obviously rebuilt.
I would pick this Volvoghini over a real Lambo. Sleepers ftw!
👍
Hahha im in the video
Vikings forever
Many millionaires on street week
🌭🌭🌭🌭
Diesels sooting it up is just nasty
Slänger du på dubbel snurra nu
🫡👍🇸🇪
