If you want a time friendly, no equipment needed, full body training workout usable in any space using ONLY your body weight, click play and follow me for the next 30 minutes
45 seconds of HIIT followed by 15 seconds of active recovery with all sets previewed on screen.

@@NateBowerfitness I’m a 65 year old man. My weight is down from 240 to 165 following your boxing workouts and this one. I train every day and am starting weight ruck marches with 30 lbs.
