    Hi, I'm a MoCap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful and well rounded exercises on your channel. They are straightforward, not too complex and doable. Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me - I hate it - but those workouts are pretty cool. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)

    Feeling very lucky that you put boxing videos on YT. After every fitness-session i'm also watch your videos and follow your instructions. It's very rewarding after those exercises. Thank you again for the effort and greeting from Belgium.

    This was a great work out! What I'm really enjoying is that I'm not a boxer but as I use Nates lessons, I'm starting to learn more combinations and I can mimic Nates techniques as I train. Great stuff Nate!

    I have been cardio boxing for nine years and these are by far the most difficult workouts I have ever tried. At my old club it was the same 8 rounds of 3 minutes every time. But yours are always different from one to the other and sometimes I have to stop the workout! I made it to about 25 minutes yesterday and bailed. Back again to try and make it through the whole thing

    A Great Workout that Made me Sweat Out, so that is why I Liked it very Much Nate, only after 10 to 15 Minutes into the WorkOut!! ( I wasn't able to do much of the Leg Work Exercises on the Floor, but I can't wait to do it, Next Time!!. I was doubting this Workout at the Beginning because of a lot of The Little 8 Second Breaks, but then I understood when the Breaks were Over, why We would come in Strong with the Punch Combinations afterwards which I did!! which really made Me sweat like I mentioned earlier!!). So I can't wait to do it again Later, some other Time, Nate, so Thanks again for this Great Workout Video, as your Video Workouts are Great Man!!. 😊😊👏👏👍👍

    Does anyone know what kind of bag Nate uses? It looks like a nice bag, wide and not too hard. I have a leather bag and it is so compressed/hard that my fists ache when I really let go. Looking for something a little nicer on the old hands...

    Just finished my first workout with this video. What does the 3-6-2 and all the numbers mean? is this jab? A cross? Hook? I'm a little confused

    • @souryabhaduri784
      @souryabhaduri784 Рік тому

      All the numbers signify different punches. 1 is a jab, 2 is a cross, 3 is a left hook, 4 is a right hook, 5 is a left uppercut, 6 is a right uppercut, 8 is a right overhand.
