    I’m 40 and Starting my fitness routine after a back injury, tried this today, with few skips and pause I was able to complete only 78%. To all my brothers reading this - just don’t give up🔥

    I'm former athlete just turned 65 and thought I was in ok shape.This humbled me to nearly tears at how I am only a shadow of previous.
    You younger people get off your ass.Wheather you are religous or not... you have a body that is a gift.Use it.

    I almost quit this workout in the first 6 minutes, but once I was able to finish it at 100%, you can't imagine how proud I was. It's a small honor in my heart, thank you so much for making this great video.

    Definitely the best full body workout I’ve done so far. 42 years old and getting back in shape, this one kicked my butt

    What a workout .. Feels great burns calories in less time very very effective for fat loss and I see changes in my body I do this every 3 times n I go 2 times in gym .. Thank you so much. God blessed you.......

    This is my favorite workout of yours! I started following you in mid 2020 and was using 8 pound weights. Moved up to 10 pounds in 2021 and then 12 pounds in early 2023. Last week I started using 15s and I feel so strong!!! I am 50 and in the best shape of my life. Thank you for helping me!!! 💪🏼

    I havr been out of my home gym for 2 months due to surgery and finally got released to start working out again. The first thing I did this morning was get back on your page and do this. My arms are shaking, legs shaking, and a T-shirt full of sweat love it. I'm going to be hitting your 6-week shred program again

    Good stuff here. I’m 52 and workout a few times per week. This helped me stay focused and not cheat. It’s hard, but doable.

    Great video! I'm going to have to try this out. One of the biggest things that has helped me build muscle has been a custom meal plan from Next Level Diet. I use it every week and I love it!

    What an amazing and brutal workout! Best HIIT dumbbell workout on youtube. Used only 6kg per dumbbell. Could not finish all exercises. I will try again.

    To everyone using these workouts, please drop them $2-$5 every once in a while so they can keep bringing it to us! This is so much cheaper than the gym, and with kids in college and getting married and hurricane repairs, just can't afford the gym. They more than make up with it here!       And no, I don't even know them. Started doing these when I was doing a Gravity Transformation 6--week gig to get my butt kickstarted back into a healthier me, but their workouts were awful (they sent you stuff on a pdf with little how to snippets. I just wanted a routine to follow and here it is!). So glad I found this channel! It is much harder but that's what I was looking for.

    I'm 48 this year.. shit! Used to weights and I do pull upsa fair bit wanted something to proper focus on, so I'll be doing as much as I can later . Good helpful video.👍

    Great workout. Easy to follow and efficient. Had me yelling from the brutal leg exercises. Great combination of weight resistance and cardio. Definitely a decent calorie burner and mood setter for the day
