    We all need to stop saying we don't have time for this when we know we need it. I hope this Mobility Routine adds value to your healthy lifestyle. I do a lot of these moves daily in order to keep my body feeling it's best. Find what works best for you and just be consistent. Even if it's 2 minutes, it's better than zero. The small changes add up over time for BIG results! ❤😘

    Hi, I am 53 years old, and have problems with knees, so I want to thank you for de weekly programs, those really help me yo hace an integral trainnig. Those of 30 minutes are really good for me at these days, because and change job recently, and don’t have much time to train. Ok bless you with health, joy, peace, and anything. Sorry abouth my english, I am from Guatemala, where i live.

    Perfect timing. Was feeling a bit stuck and not able to push the way I wanted to in workouts. Most of these movements were tough so I think you may on to something!!! Thanks for always mixing it up and making us slow down to take care when we need it

    Love the 90° angle elbow to floor at the beginning. I’ve done the worlds greatest stretch but this really helped differently 💪🏻👊🏻

    I really needed this, I skipped the lunges because they hurt my knee, but I needed more time on my neck and shoulder so I worked on that. Thank you for this wonderful mobility training alsof My shoulders and nek thanks you😅

    I really appreciate the slowness of this stretch routine. Often, your yoga poses are done too quickly for me to get a proper stretch, they're more like POWER yoga :). Next time, can you add thigh and some tips for knee stretches? Much thanks!!
