I really needed this, I skipped the lunges because they hurt my knee, but I needed more time on my neck and shoulder so I worked on that. Thank you for this wonderful mobility training alsof My shoulders and nek thanks you😅

Love the 90° angle elbow to floor at the beginning. I’ve done the worlds greatest stretch but this really helped differently 💪🏻👊🏻
