🤸🏼♀️ Just finished this 30-minute animal-style mobility routine, and it was a breeze, Julia! The primal movements and movement exploration flowed seamlessly for me. Despite being labeled intermediate-advanced, I found it surprisingly easy to follow along. Yet, it still left me feeling invigorated and limber. Thanks for a fantastic workout that felt just right for my level! Can't wait to keep incorporating this into my routine

With this one there is a lot of ground work included, so if you feel like you need a more extensive warm up other than the movement prep included I’d recommend to do an additional wrist warm up! 😇

hi julia! for the 90-90 transitions, is there a way that will help not scoot forward during them? i feel like im doing it wrong because im not in the same spot i started in at the beginning of the timer like by the end im at the end of my mat 🥲 thank you for this, it was great as are all your videos! ❤️
I think that's normal, but I've noticed that I've been moving forward less over time as flexibility has increased and I can keep my posture better.
@@Vergilius78 Ah okay that is good to know! I’ve been doing them for awhile now and just keep moving forward when I do them. Maybe it’s because i’m focusing so much on not moving that I still move 😅 will keep trying though. congratulations on your flexibility increasing and posture getting better! 🧡
It does happen and it’s normal to an extend, but as @Vergilius78 has pointed out, you can reduce it. Simply by focusing on pulling your knees to your chest during the transition (rather than just flipping over). Hope that helps. 🤗

Dear Julia, How are you? Besides your UA-cam vídeos ( which are really great and helps me a lot) do you have plans to sell like a mobility sheets with focus in certain sports?
@Juliie Is this suitable for a warm up b4 a full body strength workout?
this is not a warm up but a workout itself 🤗 wouldn’t recommend it before a strength session as it has a lot of ground work and can be challenging on the wrists too

The Half Cossac rotation is really difficult for me. I can barely turn myself up. Is there an exercise I can do to make it easier?
yeah! focus on thoracic rotation w/o the added cossack ☺️ you could do a lying t-spine rotation or chuck up one of my t-spine focused videos (they all include rotation) 😇
