If you want to see more of these videos, then let me know by giving this video a like! I just gave birth to my son a couple days ago, so I know meal prepping will be happening a LOT in my future:) And make sure you download the PDF here: theconscientiouseater.com/meal-prep-pdf/
Oooh, pecan butter, what a treat! I like that griddle. Looks like a busy day of meal prep, but well worth it for a few days of food!! I love open face sandwiches too, I prefer to fill upon more fillings, and use lettuce on the top so I can still pick it up like a sandwich without getting messy
You're absolutely right - it is a busy day of meal prep, but I've come to really enjoy it. I'd love to hear what you think of the pecan butter once you get to try it! :)
OMG!! Thank you so much for the recipes. I LOVE the chickpea salad and the cabbage coleslaw. I really enjoyed ALL the recipes. It is so helpful to prep and enjoyable to eat.
Congratulations on the birth of your Son, and many many years filled with love and joy! Thank you for the meal prep video, it is very helpful. I find that I spend a lot of time on my feet cooking most meals and always love when I can just pull something out of the fridge! I Love all the ideas and will be taking a day to try and prep more than one meal. I haven’t eaten tofu much and glad to have a recipe to try. Fit Tahini, I managed to make it once recently and the hummus I made with that and chickpeas was the best I’ve ever made. The problem is getting those tiny seeds mixed when all Ai have is large style Nuttribullet. What type of blender do you use for Tahini? I was also wondering about Quinoa as it seems to be quite expensive for a very small amount. Is it better than eating brown rice? I’ve noticed many others using it as well. Stay well and safe! Thanks again💙
I’m so glad you found this video helpful! Let me know if you try out any of the recipes. I don’t make my Tahini, but buy it and find it blends fine! And brown rice is what we usually eat actually! I was just trying to switch up my grains for once. Use whatever is affordable and easy to find near you!
The Conscientious Eater I took advantage of some oddly cooler weather and used the stove. I roasted a batch of yellow and white sweet potato and eggplant. I also tried the pan pancake but ran out of wheat flour so used oat flour. Before putting in the pan, I was so hungry, I cooked a few on the stove top and those were perfect. However, it didn’t cook up so well in the oven and came out a little dense and moist, like uncooked in the middle but it was cooked. I’ll pickup some wheat flour and will try again. Of course I also made the chickpeas salad which seemed bland to me, but after a day in the fridge it taste great. Having the roasted vegetables and chickpea salad already made and the brown rice already made has helped with quicker meals for a few days! Thank you. Meal prep is great.
I'm new to your channel & loving your meal prep with meal variations!! I'm trying to lose weight so cutting out oil for now, do you think the cabbage marinade would work without? Also I just saw your crack marinade recipe. Could the sesame oil be left out of it? Thanks
Hi! Thanks so much for saying hi! I’m so glad you found my channel:) yes, you could omit the oil…it would just change the flavor a little bit. You could also try out a more whole food dressing by substituting the oil with tahini. You could really use any oil-free dressing you like!
I loved this video! I’m trying to go vegan, but keep slipping back into not being vegan. Lol This meal prep looks delicious. BTW, your daughter is such a cutie pie.

So glad you liked the video! Don’t worry about “slips”. Just keep at it and it’ll get easier!
I made bacon out of super firm tofu. It was good.
Yes! Love doing that too!
Could I use oat flour for the sheet pan pancakes?
Hi! I haven’t tried that and because oat flour is gluten free I can’t vouch for it. If you try it out and it works, we’d love to know about it!
I need the recipe for "crack sauce"
How long does your nut butter last
We eat our so quickly it’s never gone bad haha but I’d say it should last a couple weeks in the fridge!
