This prefab house is rather big but doesn’t have a big price tag! The manufacturer for this house is Clayton Homes. The model for this home is the “Grove.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,800 total square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

The strips of molding between the THIN CHEAP paneling and the skinny molding around doors and windows shout CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! This trailer as shown should sell for $90,000 at the most! At this price it should be all sheetrock w

@@jimbritttn ha!! We have 14x70s here selling for 50, 60 grand..that 4 bdrm? Prob run 150-160..ridiculous for something that can blow away in a strong wind, burn down in 7 minutes, n are knows to easily leak..

I have to comment, that "affordable" to me, means under $100K. Just saying.
WHY can't they put the vents in the ceilings? Doesn't make any sense.

I say the only problem I have with this house is the floor vents.
I am going thru some stuff as it so happens. Been out of work for a while, and not getting any responses from the 100+ applications I've put in. Ran out of unemployment, ran out of savings.....so I don't know where I will be in another month or two.
Im sorry to hear your struggle but tough times call for tough measures. Drop the rent immediately and just break the lease, get into your car asap so you can preserve what little you have left, Bob Wells does vanlife videos very inspiring.

There are jobs everywhere. Most people don’t want to work. Taking less money would be a better solution that going without money. I’m retired and I’m still working just to keep busy. Funny how so many younger people are wanting a paycheck but don’t want to put out. The world is going to shit. Because of all the Americans wanting hand outs.

I like seeing the different options that you could possibly get from a manufacturer. Like the cubby and coat hooks in the utility room, the island, the tinted windows, the sinks in both of the bathrooms. Great tour! Thank you.

This is a really large well laid out home. Personally I like the sheet rock for the crown mouldings that can be used.

A+ Tour! It was so much home but at a comfortable price. I loved the bathroom vanities. I suppose that none of the cabinets was soft-close judging by the fact that you didn't open and close any this time. 🙏 Have a blessed Sabbath.

Everything is pretty decent about this home, but those walls. There's something off-putting about panel board walls vs. sheetrock. I think its just the visible seam strips that make it look tacky.

Love the wood floor. Double kitchen sink please. Change dinning room window to French or sliding door. Somehow add fireplace or wood stove. Love the master bath, nice to see windows that can open.

This home had some nice features. I like the fact that the master bedroom closet wasn't in the bathroom. I also liked the fact that the bedroom door wasn't right off of the living room. This could be a great home for a young family that needs the room but needs a home at an affordable price.

Thank you Chance for your inspirational words. I have been going through a lot this year. My mother moved on to Heaven in January, then my stepdad this month, and my 15 yo cat was diagnosed with cancer the day after my stepdad moved on. I also have to find a new home as I will be moving soon. I had been living with my parents since early 2019 as their sole caregiver. It's surely been a rough year for me but I know that God has a plan for me in moving forward with my life. Bless you and your family. As always I love your tours.💖

I really liked this one Chance. And now a days, that is a great price. I loved the lay out, and except for the one bedroom, which I would use as a guest room or nursery if I were starting out the bedrooms were good size. I especially loved that kitchen pantry and all the storage space in the master bath, And that laundry room. Come in the back door shed your shoes and coats, there is a place for all that!!! Wow! I love this one!
Floor plant at 1:37. Great floorplan. Proportions are good.
Put a concrete cellar, and mechanical room beneath and that is a very workable manufactured home. Would make sure the finishes are upgraded a little and a few other minor changes that are easily redone.
The colors are dull on the exterior. Makes the front gable less impactful. Prefer steeper pitches.

Put in a fireplace and double doors in the dining area and it's perfect. I was surprised at the size of the walk in closet in the spare bedrooms. Lovely little home.

This home is gorgeous 🥰🥰 and perfect. I would not change anything except the refrigerator. I'm not usually a fan of the open concept but in this home it's lovely

Board and batten vs full dry wall is a huge price difference. The home is nice. The rustic accents in the bathrooms and kitchen give it a warm feeling. A slider in the dining room and a transom window in the bathroom is the changes I'd make. This would be fine as a three bedroom as well.

I like the fact, that there are not carpets in the house. I am also not a big fan of built in microwaves. This one didn't have one. So, that was a plus.
I love the rustic look of the bathroom cabinets. I usually don't like the dark wood but these are beautiful! I also love the hardwood floors throughout! I just hope it's affordable for me...

I love this home,. I love the color of the walls and the color and style of the cabinets in the kitchen and both bathrooms. I loved the floors the most. The only thing I would change is in the master bedroom. I would choice the option of no tub and the big shower. I also loved the picture of the cow in the dinning room. I even liked the outside of this home.

Good Evening Chance, I ABSOLUTELY Love this House with the Rustic look to it in certain areas. The cost is really a Great Price too. Oh I forgot about the Pantry which is a WONDERFUL thing to have and a Laundry Room ( YES, YES, YES) BUT I don't recall you doing the Pantry DANCE. I would have Loved to see some type of Fire Place and the MOST IMPORTANT would be to have Cullen there. God Bless you and your LOVING FAMILY. Thank you for everything you do for us.

I like that the guest bathroom opened to the sink/vanity. It made a better ‘view’. No built-in microwave; that’s good. And the closets in the guest bedrooms were ample. Thanks b

This is my #1, the most favorite home since you've shown on UA-cam. I normally like wood house, most parts of this mobile home used wood panels with the look like real wood. Every room has wood floor instead of carpet. There's a window in between the mirrors in the master bathroom, that's unique. And if I'm not wrong, the oven & dishwasher are blue, if so, I really love it instead of all metal color. But if not, this house still great as almost every single detail in this house I like even the dressers in the master bedroom. If I live in Tennessee, I would hurry go to see the house.
The blue on the stove and dishwasher is plastic to protect it from being scratched.

This is a model home; I believe. Decks and whatnot come later when owners have this built on a permanent lot.
I love this home! The price makes it even better. I don't care if I have a tile shower. I'd rather have the one piece. It'll be easier to keep clean. The finishes and colors are lovely.
