You would never know it was a modular home. All it needs is a soaking tub. Surprised they didn't include one with that much space. The bedroom is to die for! I would love to have that much space. Oh my!
As someone who has built several custom homes over the years, I can tell you my retirement home will be a modular. I am reading the comments that keep mentioning price, but when you custom build it is SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive. Even if you and the builder decide on pricing, there are inevitably many "extras" that pop up and wind up costing you thousands and thousands of dollars. Things become out of stock, or suddenly the price of something is has risen ... subs don't show up and the job gets delayed. The headache of custom building is insane, even with a good builder. Weather, supplies being back ordered, labor shortages, etc. And don't even get me started on how LONG it takes to build a house. Buying a some that has been built in a factory and can be delivered to your land is a better option. You can always change the things you don't like by having a handyman / carpenter come in and add moldings, custom shelves, a deck, etc. And if you think buying an older home and renovating is a better option, think again. That is even more of a hassle. Been there, done that too. Renovating can be even more expensive than building. Old plumbing, water damage from old leaks, out-dated electrical, a new roof -- the list goes on and on. Yes, the 300K may sound like a lot, but it's not compared to other options for a brand new house that is 3000 square feet.
My dream home! Put it over a basement, add french doors to the living room leading to a large deck & an attached garage to the mud room/laundry area. Love it!
I’d need a fireplace, preferably not on an outside wall, but in the room. Love this home, I see a room upstairs large enough to have a sewing/quilting room large enough to have a home quilting machine, and cabinets to store fabric, threads , supplies, etc. and a room for kitty cat trees, beds, toys etc. then a bathroom, and maybe a bedroom or two, and open space for pool table 😊
Show stopper indeed! I’d love the upper floor for a couple bedrooms and a living space for the kids. Thanks for sharing these magnificent homes, Chance.
Absolutely LOVE THIS HOME!! Not crazy about coming into the dining area instead of the living room but it's fabulous . I'm seriously considering this home. The upstairs could be a party place(nonalcoholic of course, but pool table and dance floor instead of workout equipment, I prefer to dance the calories away. Great home Chance and certainly an inspiration and day brightener.
I can only hope that more mobile home manufacturers start emulating more modern design like this with the large windows and roof Dormer windows. Especially with the attention to detail that this Builders architect has put into this wonderful overwhelmingly impressive design. These homes can be just as expensive as a site built on so why not do them the way the public wants and desires. My only wish is that more builders offer the option of owning your own land. So that there are no more ridiculous lot rent communities out there. Manufactured homes have come a long way in the last few years. to James Conway Well, this is a modular home, NOT a mobile home, big difference. This home is meant to be a permanent build on owned property. Love this home. I wouldn't need the upstairs at all. It is up to the imagination what to put up there. Love the window trim and the baseboards. My kind of kitchen. Thanks for the tour of this very nice home.
Upstairs is where you put the bathtub of course! 😂 Honestly though, I would probably use the master bedroom downstairs as a guest suite and put a family room and another master bedroom/ bath upstairs.
What i want most is a foyer with a closet right by it. For the upstairs: spare bed/bathroom, pool table, games, darts, bar and projector & screen with some bean bag chairs
Now THIS is a super awesome home!!!!! LOVE the exterior!! Love that the entrance area is so large it can be sectioned off with partitions, bookshelves, or some tall plants for separating the rooms. I'd definitely have that room with the glass doors as the dining room. I'd have like a "library" type area there. Nice kitchen, nice everything!!!! 8 stars!!!
That's the thing I love about the modular homes and manufactured homes is that they are so much cheaper than stick built. Before you gave us the estimated price at the end, I was thinking it was going to be over 400K because of the size of that home and all the space on top. So 305K is pretty good for that size home. A stick built home of that size would probably be over 600K. At least in my area that's become the norm. Love the tours.
The one thing I don't like that I don't think many people noticed, are the massive cold air returns. Especially right in the dining room. I'd rather have more of them in a smaller size around the house rather than the big obnoxious ones. The noise those things radiate is tremendous.
I would put a half wall when you come in the door to seperate the entrance and dining room. I would put a tv room in the office space. I love the white kitchen. This has to be my favorite of all of them I've seen.
That’s beautiful! Just incredible what their doing with the modulars! Change out the cabinets to dark wood color. Change out the shower tile to lighter.
Omg! I literally grew up around the corner from where you are in this video! My dad still lives there, and he pastored that big red brick church next door to this site for 25 years. You can see it in the video! So cool to see home
I am the weirdo with the gutted doublewide that has a full basement under it. You give me all kinds of wonderful ideas of how to finish it out as it gets converted to a permanent structure
@DaBossCee It was a Master suite, with attached bath, walk in closet on one end, 2 bedrooms & a full bath on the other with a laundry room, formal dining room, decent sized kitchen with a breakfast bar into the open "great room"
Very nice home!! Love the master suite! The one thing I don’t care for is coming into the dining room. If it was mine I would eliminate the office space and make that into the living room.
I really like this one. The office space and the upstairs makes it excellent for a large family. I can work wonders with this one. It would have been perfect if the pantry was a walk in. Great job Chance. Thank you!
Chance, please go to wilmington nc asap and video tour a home at Clayton homes call the Hartwell. It's a absolute must for your channel. They did change the master closet it was all red wood floor to ceiling with more shelves looked like the closet from the movie the family man with Nicholas cage. Please go tour that before they take it off the lot. It's been the main model for 5 years now best seller in the whole 5 County area
Chance, when you said this house is amazing, you hit the nail on the head!! I love the color scheme outside and the inside, reminds me of when you are living in a gated community😮😮 you couldn't ask for a better looking home, as this. Keep up the good work!!
The design of the kitchen island is great has a sleek cutaway of the counter top so you have Much easier access to your power outlets. Very intelligent design.
If you replay the video you can see the blue print and see there is a optional bathroom design with a 5 pc master ensuite that has a free standing tub.
Thank you for the pricing! It’s frustrating when the lots won’t tell you the price as you see it without coming to visit 🤯 I need to know how it sits on the lot to know if I should even be looking at such a home.
Modular homes are so incredible they never seize to amaze me. I know a guy who changed his life for the best. One day his whole life changed. He is 57, is a boss, and lives in a exceptional modular home with his mother. He even practices the guitar but can't play well because he just started. But that shows you that a nickel can hold up a dollar bill and that modular homes have life rejuvenating properties in them. They can take all of the poison and toxicity out of any man or woman's life who chooses to act this way of life and live in one properly. That's the beauty behind the highest quality of modular homes and how they can bring positivity and change to a person's life for the better.
I love the vinyl outside even in that burgundy shade. Now I'd like to see the 2 minor bedrooms a little bigger and the paneling in the shower taken all the way up but it's definitely a goody
This is a very nice home. I like that you showed us that bedroom that was setup with all of the other design options because I do detest white cabinetry and carpet, so it was nice to see other provided options!! Yes, carpet would be ENTIRELY DELETED - just LVP throughout and put down beautiful rugs! This house does boast a nice layout, conversely, I'd like to see a ½ bath tucked somewhere in the first floor layout. It's so nice to have that option for guests/visitors so the bathrooms used by the family can be kept private. I don't really like that the home doesn't have a foyer that then steps into a dining room, instead of the way it is. Honestly, I'd design the kitchen with a much larger island that would have a slightly lower level outfitted with a counter height table top and chairs. And that dining area could become a true foyer with a console table, a large coat closet, and a built in "drop-zone" providing extra storage. The master ensuite really needs to have a nice big tub and separate shower. I'd give up quite a bit of the square footage in the bedroom to enlarge and upgrade that master closet with built in drawers, shoe racks, cubbies, and really nice (solid wood or sturdy metal) hanging rods and wooden shelves. All the closets and pantry would require those same upgrades. Those vinyl/plastic coated wire racks are just horrible, not durable, and look cheap! As for that amazing unfinished space upstairs, it deserves to be a recreation and media room outfitted with a pool table, a games/card table or two, a shuffleboard table, a couple of dartboards, a very large flat screen smart tv (or 2) that suspends and folds up to the ceiling, a dancing area, and a built in wet bar/kitchenette area. Also, a ½ or full bath would be a great addition upstairs. Just throwing out some ideas!
Chance I love this house tour with the second story I would have another bedroom upstairs and a bathroom upstairs!! And I would have to have a family room up there as well but I ENJOYED your video as usual I give it a 9 out of 10 stars ⭐️ in my opinion one of the best videos!! GO Chance You GO boooooy 🙌🏾🙌🏾♥️💜♥️
Its absolutely gorgeous. I live in the UK and believe me. My whole 3 bed home would probably fit inside the lounge/kitchen area. I wish I lived in the US.
I need a fireplace in this home. I love it, but I don't like walking in to the dining room from the front door. I would turn that whole upstairs into my art studio.
I was saying “Stop it…stop it”, as you were hesitating on showing the pantry! 😂 This home is stunning however, walking directly into the dining area, no closet…no place to have an area to place items…no. The den is beautiful and if it were I, I would make it a bit smaller and put an area to the right of the front door for shoes, jackets and such. 😊
Hello Chance! I'm going to type as I watch. I've watched through to the utility room so far. And I've looked at the floorplan - it's a tad different than what you are showing. The stairs aren't on the floorplans first floor. So I'm typing things up going by what is shown, unless I say different. #1) I'm not sure if I like the front door opening up into the dining room. But that other option of a front door opens between the living room and kitchen. So that's not ideal either. I'd probably go ahead and leave the Front Door where it is. And at the Back Door, we'd change it into a mostly Glass Door and build a patio/deck outside there enclosed so it can be used year round for outside eating. #2) The Dining Room has a wall where I can put Grandma's China Cabinet - great! That is a Must for me! #3) We'd add a Wood-burning Fireplace, it possible, or a Gas Fireplace, on the wall next to the stairs in the Living Room. Carpet in this room. #4) In the Kitchen...I like the shape of the Island. But it's too big. I'd cut out the sitting spots in it - I use my wheelchair in the kitchen so don't need that sitting. Then I'd put wheels on the Island. We also don't really need a dishwasher so remove it and put in another cabinet or drawers. I'd probably put darker cabinets and countertops too. I didn't see a microwave, so one would have to go on the countertop somewhere. I love the Pot Filler! But I'd want a Gas Cook Stove. The Pantry isn't much, I'm disappointed. But I can add to it some (see # 6) #5) The Utility Room is okay. Out that Door we'd build a Garage with a Storage area in it and a Big Pantry for long-term Food Storage and a Pet Shower. I don't think there's room for even an upright freezer there by the electrical panel, Chance. I think the freezer would be in the way. #6) The first guest bedroom I'd turn into my Library. So I wouldn't need the closet. {I'd add the closet area to the Pantry which it backs up against. Have to fix the Pantry a little differently, but that's okay.} In my Library, I'd also have a very small spot, probably in the middle, as a sitting area with carpet. #7) The other guest bedroom and the bathroom would probably be left as is, and have carpet in the bedroom. Unless I decided to add the bedroom to my Library! #8) The Study. This I would turn into my Music Studio Room, soundproofed, doors and room. I'd probably use the front part close to the doors, as my Office area. I do love those doors by the way. Hope they can be soundproofed so I could keep them. #9) I'd use that closet by the Living Room you called a storage close, as a Coat Closet. It's close enough to the Front Door to work as one. #10) The Master Bedroom is very nice and spacious! We'd have carpet in here. I love it that the Closet is in the bedroom and Not the bathroom! Closet is a very nice size too. But...the Master Bathroom won't work. Neither the one shown nor the option on the floorplans. There's not enough room around the commode are for me in either option. So I would have to get with the builders and see what we could come up with. I would of course, need a Handicapped Tub, a long Vanity, and wide open area for the commode. A Linen Closet/Cabinet, and then, if room, a good-sized shower. Husband likes taking showers most times. Of course, he can go to the guest bathroom for that if there's no room for a shower in the Master Bathroom after what I need is installed. He's not handicapped nor fat like me. #11) Now if we went for the second floor, that would change some of the things I just typed! I would probably have the Master Bedroom and Bathroom upstairs. Put in a stair-lift as I can't climb steps, or maybe an elevator somewhere. I'd make my dream of having a 2-story Library with spiral stairs (with stair-lift for me, unfortunately), come true. Husband would have a big Gym. And we'd have hobby rooms and still have room for a guest bedroom and bathroom upstairs, for just in case we ever had guest staying the night. Of course there'd be a half-bath downstairs so we didn't have to run upstairs every time. Having an upstairs would give us so much more room we could do anything! #12) The front porch is not big enough, but we'd add to it. We'd go all around the house to the garage with porches, patios, or decks. Some we'd enclose, with heat source and air source, to use year around comfortably. It's a very nice place Chance? A tad expensive though. And that didn't count the finished upstairs. Would for sure have to win the lottery to afford it and the land to put it on! But I'm glad I can dream about it. Thanks for showing this place to us. Please tell Kate, Cullen and Grayden (even though he won't know what you're talking about, I don't want to leave him out!) hello from me. You do realize that most of us think of all of you as extended family, right? Until next time, God bless y'all, Chance!
This is one of the best homes I've seen out of all the homes you have shown us so far. I love the outside. The color is different for a change, and the extra large windows make it look more like a home than a mobile home. I would love to see a double front door on these larger homes and also a foyer, so you're not just walking in on the privacy of the homeowners. I do not like the dining room table out where everyone can see you eating, very tacky. For that beautiful and size of a home, I would think they could have designed a better dining area with more privacy. But I do love this new design of mobile home. Oh, one more bit of informative information. I believe every living room should have a fireplace.
Wassup Chance?! Not only does this home need a fireplace, I'll take one of the spare bedrooms and make it a walk in pantry, and take the spare bedrooms and bathroom and put them upstairs.
We bought an upstairs. It was great in our 30 and 40’s then later my husband and I both struggle to walk upstair due to a couple of car accidents. We just put a bid on a house with all one level. Things change later in life. Be smart!
Another beautiful home! I agree with the comments about walking straight into the dining room. I would make the office area the dining room and create an office area at the entrance. I love the nine foot ceilings, the trim, and the finishes. The architects and designers have done a terrific job! Thanks Chance!
I like the wall colors throughout the home. But I need a double sink in the kitchen and would have to change out the door pulls and faucets for the sinks, change the wire racks in the closets for wood shelves and rods. There needs to be a tub in the master bath not just a shower stall. On that note, that black shower tile would have to go. Monochrome, (especially black and white), makes me angry for some unknown and weird reason. However, the biggest issue for me is the base price of this home. By the time you purchase land, set up costs, ect., this home would be somewhere in the neighborhood of $600,000,
Hello chance this is a amazing home this one is one of my favrite I love the kitchen i love the living room this home is amazing thank you for showing us this amazing home home take care and God bless Best regards Anja
This is very nice . Enjoy watching all of your videos. SC stop your nonsense with not allowing mobile/modular homes . They look better than most the homes that are ancient !!! 😊
Why are most American homes built out of cheap material but cost way, WAY over what they should cost. I have a sister who lives in Ireland. Her home is a brick built home in 2005. It’s a coastal home and literally takes a battering from the Atlantic Ocean winds and she’s never had any structural damage, absolutely no issues inside or out. I live in ABQ New Mexico, the house is wood and stucco, 2010 build, no wind, no rain just hot weather and my crappy house is literally one issue after another, homes in this part the world are crap unless your a mega multi millionaire. Just saying.
Thats the great US of A for ya., Corporate pigs stealing from the common folk. They use shoddy materials and pay their workers next to nothing w unreasonable timelines which results in low quality building. Republicans and real estate are bosom buddies. They caused the Great Recession w their typical deregulation and are out to make a killing with real estate sales. They’ll laugh all the way to the bank after selling you a crappy home for top dollar…
I really like having a sink in the laundry room and this house does not have that. That has become my must have... I look every tour... lol but I love your tours your the man!!!
Love the home, except in the master bath, I would like to see a freestanding soaker tub, and would like to see a larger living room. It’s not very big for families and extended family gatherings. I love the finishes and other options it could come with.
Ohh my! Love this home! I might choose different colors but the design is fine with me. Love your tours, I do and look forward to them. They are my “Ooo” and “Ahhh” and dream time.😃👍💜👏👏👏
Chance - you made my day a lot BETTER! A little under the weather so at home resting and THIS showing really lifted my spirits and interest! Everything about this home is FABULOUS! Most definitely got to hit a "Like"! 🤩🤩😍
Is it just me but I love the way these houses look and all but these prices are not reasonable at all. These homes are not showing to be a cheaper option at all. 305 k for this is completely insane. If you factor in the house being built inside a factory they should be far more affordable.
I don't know where you guys live but you can't buy a small old 30 year old mobile home with any yard for less than 450k where I live. This would be a 650k house in town and 750k with an acre.
I love hiding the stairs in the back. I am not a fan of walking into a house and looking up stairs as soon as you get inside. There's no point and they are in the way!
Lots of space I like the kitchen for the most part soft touch cabinets. The main bathroom and bedroom is really nice. I’d probably put a bigger window in the dining room , like a picture window. The traffic is a dealbreaker to me, no landscaping, just grass. The homes are too close for me, for someone else , it could work. be perfect but very nice home very nice, thank you for sharing
I love it! I'd turn the attic into "The Upper Room Prayer Room"! Where all my Brothers and Sister's in Christ could get together and Praise & Worship GOD!😁
It really is!! I had to look at the price twice!! This should be more around the $130-175,000 range, I mean these prices for modular homes has gotten outrageous!!
It is a very Beautiful Home! I would like to have darker base cabinets, carpet, gas stove and put the dinning room where the office is so the living room can be extended across both sections of the living area. And make the windows smaller so that you have more private space so everyone can't see inside. It's not right coming in the door to the dinning room. Love the Master bath room and bedroom. 🎉
That air return in the dining room sure limits furniture placement and is a real eyesore in an otherwise impeccably designed house. What were they thinking???
What a beautiful house this is wow its big and made so amazing they did a good job with this house love how they designed it God bless you thank you for showing the videos
I have watched a few other of your home tours and I must say this one is my fav so far...the only thing I would want to change is to make the study bigger but the only thing is I would not want to take away from the master bed so I guess it would have to stay as is...as for the upstairs I think a gym and a pool table with a bar area for sure and of course I half bath. Very Very Beautiful Home!!!

For sure, thanks for watching!
Thank you for understanding this. Some of these comments are baffling.
The one thing I don't like that I don't think many people noticed, are the massive cold air returns. Especially right in the dining room. I'd rather have more of them in a smaller size around the house rather than the big obnoxious ones. The noise those things radiate is tremendous.
I don’t know why everyone likes this so much. It’s builder grade everything.
Great tour, Chance! Lots of great features, but I really like a walk-in pantry. The outside is pretty stunning. Definitely an eye-catcher!
Great idea!
I love love this home!! My new home will 100% be a mobile or modular home! They’re just too nice and can’t resist it!! Thanks CHANCE!!
Beautiful home Chance! But you know we ladies need a tub in the master to have our Calgon moments.😂
I like the door at the top of the stairs, will really Will help in the winter with the heat, I'd want thw blown foam on the upstairs ceiling.
one or more of these companies need to build a house made for people with disabilities, wider doors, bench in shower, walk in tub,
Wouldn’t that be great!
Did you even look? I found two right off the bat.
Clayton homes and Impresa Modular.
Work a little harder before posting, maybe?
@@Travelin_Gal Thanks for the reply to my comment, it wasn't needed but thank you anyway
Excellent idea!
When I was looking at homes with my wheelchair bound husband, they were more than willing to make any adjustments needed.
Omg! I literally grew up around the corner from where you are in this video! My dad still lives there, and he pastored that big red brick church next door to this site for 25 years. You can see it in the video! So cool to see home
This whole house is immaculate. Fantastic home Chance. Thank you for all you do. So beautiful
Thank you Chance, for making the trip to NC to show us this beautiful home. God bless you and your family. 🏠
I am the weirdo with the gutted doublewide that has a full basement under it. You give me all kinds of wonderful ideas of how to finish it out as it gets converted to a permanent structure
I love that idea, and you aren't a weirdo. I think it's cool to have your mobile home set up differently than others. ❤❤
@DaBossCee It was a Master suite, with attached bath, walk in closet on one end, 2 bedrooms & a full bath on the other with a laundry room, formal dining room, decent sized kitchen with a breakfast bar into the open "great room"
My mom and I LOVE watching your videos.. you crack us up.. we love your sense of humor.. Thank you for all of the videos you post.. 🥰🥰
Glad you like them!
Very nice home!! Love the master suite! The one thing I don’t care for is coming into the dining room. If it was mine I would eliminate the office space and make that into the living room.
The master bedroom was my absolute favorite, and I luv at least one bedroom on the first floor. Thanks Chance!
Love the house.. it would be great to have a walk in pantry But it’s beautiful.. thanks for the tour and information 😃
I really like this model with all that extra sq footage up top. The model has a graceful simplicity.
I really like this one. The office space and the upstairs makes it excellent for a large family. I can work wonders with this one. It would have been perfect if the pantry was a walk in. Great job Chance. Thank you!
Chance, you are the best in all of trailer land in showing homes. You are such a good person
Another hit… I love your videos Chance! You’re awesome at what you do, you make me want to buy them all!😂😂
Chance, please go to wilmington nc asap and video tour a home at Clayton homes call the Hartwell. It's a absolute must for your channel. They did change the master closet it was all red wood floor to ceiling with more shelves looked like the closet from the movie the family man with Nicholas cage. Please go tour that before they take it off the lot. It's been the main model for 5 years now best seller in the whole 5 County area
Great looking home. I think the only change I would make is to move the pantry into the utility room and make that spot a coffee bar...
Great idea!
We appreciate all the tours. You always show us on UA-cam. They are awesome very informative. Thank you for all your hard work.
For 300,000.00+ home I would not have wire hangers and I definitely would have a soaking tub….. therefore, this house is a dealbreaker for me Chance
If you replay the video you can see the blue print and see there is a optional bathroom design with a 5 pc master ensuite that has a free standing tub.
I’m pretty sure you can order board and beam shelving too…
Love it!!! such an awesome lux house for half the cost. That second floor was amazing, the opportunity is endless.
14:25 soft close on those cabinets! Beautiful touch
Love your tours, you get so excited about each room and you go slow enough we can see as if we are there...Great job
Chance, WOW! I L-O-V-E the color of that home. Awesome tour! 😊
I like the backsplash and the outlet layout. The pot filler is super cool! Very Nice home!
Beautiful home. It was checking all my boxes... until no soaking tub in the master bath.
That upstairs would make a great 4th bedroom and game room.
I was saying “Stop it…stop it”, as you were hesitating on showing the pantry! 😂
This home is stunning however, walking directly into the dining area, no closet…no place to have an area to place items…no.
The den is beautiful and if it were I, I would make it a bit smaller and put an area to the right of the front door for shoes, jackets and such. 😊
Haha, thanks for watching!
But I can add to it some (see # 6)
#5) The Utility Room is okay.
Wow!! This company is in my family's hometown. This home is nice. Wish I was younger. Ty Chance.
Be smart!
We are sad to leave our dream home!
Thank you for your tours. I absolutely love these homes. I’m a NC native, the prices aren’t bad.
"The pot filler. It's main purpose is to ... fill pots. That's where it got its name."
By the time you purchase land, set up costs, ect., this home would be somewhere in the neighborhood of $600,000,
Hello chance this is a amazing home this one is one of my favrite
I love the kitchen i love the living room this home is amazing thank you for showing us this amazing home home take care and God bless
Best regards Anja
That is a lovely house. Too big for me personally, but the house has a flexible layout and is functional.
Thats the great US of A for ya.,
Corporate pigs stealing from the common folk.
Thank you so much for sharing this video Chance and I'm loving this exterior and I'm waiting for the interior!
I love everything but the water closet. It would make me feel like using the bathroom at walmart
Ohh my! Love this home! I might choose different colors but the design is fine with me. Love your tours, I do and look forward to them. They are my “Ooo” and “Ahhh” and dream time.😃👍💜👏👏👏
Thanks for watching!
Chance - you made my day a lot BETTER! A little under the weather so at home resting and THIS showing really lifted my spirits and interest! Everything about this home is FABULOUS! Most definitely got to hit a "Like"! 🤩🤩😍
Thanks for sharing, I hope you get to feeling better!
@@chanceshomeworld Thank you so much!
So glad you went to my neck of the woods as we say hope you do more from there
More on the way!
Is it just me but I love the way these houses look and all but these prices are not reasonable at all. These homes are not showing to be a cheaper option at all. 305 k for this is completely insane. If you factor in the house being built inside a factory they should be far more affordable.
Totally agree 100%
Yep it’s ridiculous the.mn u have to transport it and buy the land
Just buy a house 🤷🏻♀️
I don't know where you guys live but you can't buy a small old 30 year old mobile home with any yard for less than 450k where I live. This would be a 650k house in town and 750k with an acre.
They used to be, but now they are just as expensive as stick built. They pretty much priced themselves out of most markets.
@@olygrl01don’t give them anymore ideas.
I was born in Lumberton NC. Most definitely love this house
I love hiding the stairs in the back. I am not a fan of walking into a house and looking up stairs as soon as you get inside. There's no point and they are in the way!
I was thinking of using the void under the stairs, behind the coat closet, as a slide out shoe section in the master closet.
@@pamelavance8753clever!!
I love this house! The only thing I would chance the bathroom. Enough for handicapped people to get into
I really like this one, but the price is crazy. Hope everyone is doing fine
I thought pretty much the same thing. Right in middle, almost, of the wall.
This home I love. There are a few changes I would love to make but its almost perfect. Thank you.
Up stairs I would love two more bed rooms I don't like the laundry off the kitchen 😒 walking dirty clothes through the kitchen doesn't sit well
Happy Thursday Chance. I'll be watching tonight from my hospital room......again.
Very nice Home. This just made me smile! Thanks for your presentation, from California
I'm excited to see the new modular homes at this new home show site in N.C.
Its a must, play all of Chances videos at 2x speed lol
What a beautiful house this is wow its big and made so amazing they did a good job with this house love how they designed it God bless you thank you for showing the videos
Yes!! Love YOUR tours!! Always makes me smile n laugh a bit
Thanks ! 😘
Very large house and even tho the upstairs is not finish its huge great for folks starting a family or want a big family
I love watching tours. Lately alot if tiny homes. This house could house the entire village!! Great floor plan. Love the island!need to add a housekeeper to the village. Very impressive but 700sq feet would-be my max. Thanks for showing it.
That blue color option for the kitchen cabinets is Carolina Blue! A nod to UNC Chapel Hill school colors. Come back to NC any time Chance!
Lovely home....I wouldn't change a thing! I would make 2 more bedrooms & a game/play/ hangout room for the grandkids
Really nice home, thanks for the tour, Chance. 👍
I like all that extra space upstairs
This is one of the nicest homes I have seen in quite awhile. Thanks Chance!!
Glad you like it!
