This has to be the nicest single wide floor plan I’ve seen. This would be perfect for a family just starting out-even with two kids they could easily share that room with the large closet.

I like it I would move the dining table closer to the window and put in a movable island. Little just my thoughts.
This checks all my boxes, I was going to get a 3 bedroom with intention of turning small bedroom into an office when I move in. I don't have to with this one.
I really Wish they would Stop Putting Wire Racks in these Homes it Looks So Cheap n Tacky. I also Think if they put Pocket Doors in it would also save Space. Otherwise it's Beautiful. Thank You 😊

Wow..this home is lovely..I could see myself living quite comfortably in this and my cats..lol...it's got everything I need and more...I don't need an office but that room would by nice for my fur babies...all it needs is a small wood burning stove and sign me up! Great job finding this one Chance..

I have a 2 bedroom 2 full bathrooms manufactured home as well the only thing I wish is that one of the bathrooms had a shower I have 2 bath/ shower/ tub
Surprisingly nice for the price. My only comment is this, I would have liked white molding to make the rooms look bigger. Thos dark moldings make the rooms look smaller and boxy. JMO
A bit of time, a gallon or two of lighter paint, and you can have the molding fixed. Or live with it a few months to see if it grows on you.

The kitchen while not quite big enough is very nicely done. Love the color combinations. We watch your videos all the time and we love your sense of humor. God bless

Tired of seeing all the dark browns and greys. Love the warmth of the cabinets and wood trim. Lovely!
I’d go for three bedroom as I can use bedroom as guest and office. I don’t mind a few feet smaller living room to have the flexibility of the bedroom in case. But as a older single or couple the two bedroom configuration works well for more living room and dining area if you cook or entertain. Many couples like a bedroom they can sleep in because one snores. A third guest room/ office would be perfect.
I really like this single wide. First one I could say I wouldn't mind living in.

Lovely home. All the rooms are very well proportioned. Master bathroom is lovely. Choice of colors throughout seems to flow & blend well throughout the home

Get the eat at bar gone and make a solid wall (Gives more living room space and furniture placement options) and make that area in the kitchen have wrap around upper cabinets and change the lower cabinets to be drawers over doors style cabinets and maybe this kitchen would THEN HAVE A GOOD AMOUNT OF CABINETS.
I always need more wall space for bookcases.

This would be a great starter home if states and counties would allow it.
Glad to see the built in linen closet and the linen/storage cabinets in the master bathroom. So long as the modification is done to the est at counter (delete) and drawers over doors style cabinets then this would be a very good home.

Nice place. I would use the 3rd bedroom as an office and need more space than the "office" offers. While the closet by the front door is appealing - and rare in ANY mobile home, never mind a single wide - I wouldn't want to sacrifice the 3rd bedroom to get it.

Hey man, we have a small lot, traditional mobile homes will be a VERY tight fit on our lot either sideways or longways. How about doing some square shaped man homes?
This was a nice home.....i was impressed by the layout, especially the kitchen. I think the kitchen needs more color tho.. too much beige. Maybe a more dramatic backsplash would brighten it up. I liked the office area... That would be very nice to have 😊
Show one were you can put a freezer
It's beautiful yet I have a concern. In my town, building codes require bedroom window openings to be large enough to escape through in case of fire. From the video, windows look too small. Further, slider-type windows only provide half the window area to exit. Those would not be legal bedrooms in my town.
It even has the bigger fridge!

This is nice layout. Trim. No. Not a fan of dark trim. Always white. Or none since I am a minimalist fan. Wow. Too mich panoramic windows! Even living room? Haha. I will order this without if I can ask them not to install. Office smaller than bedroom? For me. Oh boy.. knock out and make it bigger since I hardly have people over. Really. So bigger room combo into office. No dinning table. Just nook is fine. Prefer tub. Not shower. I am a bathing kind of guy.

Perfect lead-in for this one. You’d have to be loaded to buy a cheap place like this.
I love the look of this home from the outside but I'm not sure if the layout works. It seems very small and not a lot of space in the livingroom area. I don't like the primary suit straight off of the kitchen and there's no way the office could be a bedroom.

Horrible! There already is no walking space in the so called living room, add an entertainment center for all your goodies it's even worse! My 74 has a 19 long living room next to a 12x12 kitchen. A small office space and a 12 x 12 bedroom. Grant it it's not as big as that one. My office space is bigger. The layouts are what counts, not how big the house is
