- Today we are looking at a brand new triple wide mobile that is beyond huge! This prefab house has an exterior that is eye catching but wait until you step inside! This modular/prefab home is customizable and is basically 3 singles together! The house we are touring today is a “manufactured home.” The manufacturer for this house is Palm Harbor Homes. The model for this home is the “La belle.” This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has roughly 2,897 square foot on main level. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

The older versions of the La Belle have always been my top #1, and this one also does not disappoint! 😍 Seems like this manufacturer understands that not every family is made up of a traditional core family, and that some families consist of working adults that need their own living spaces and closet space. I love how they re-worked the master bath to include a tub. I couldn't customize a floor plan that gets any better than this.
This makes me feel so good about my 25-year-old, 1800 sf triple wide. I bought it this summer, on a beautiful, secluded lot. It has many of the features of this home. The only ooh-ahh I had was for the kitchen in this one. I purchased it for well under $150k and knew I would need to do about 25k work. If you can afford the price tag, go for it. You will love all the built in luxury for many, many years.

@Peggy Miller yup I would to have a maid all that house.I have a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom already and I be crying. Because I have a heart condition now so I can't be my(OCD)self anymore. Now my kid's and husband help clean. If you call it clean they do a crappy job 😏🤥🤭
But they try to help me💖❤️🩹😍💗💓💋. But I love ❤️ my life family because they put up with me and my craziness 🤪 about cleaning.

I absolutely love this home this is my dream home, I thought I wanted a 2 story home but after seeing this home I pretty much changed my mind, I love everything about it, I wouldn't change nothing but the price so I could afford it.
If you have the land, a spread-out home is so much more practical. The only advantage to a 2-story is the heating and cooling. The closer you can come to a sphere the more economical. But really who wants stairs?
Right away we can see it's a good home for front porch sittin' !

Chance, that over the window canopy in front look hideous.....made the front look cheap! gotta go. My Husband said he would brick it! Love thus Triple Wide. My Husband said this is the Best one...We were just 6 minutes into the Video....We want this one when we get some land in Texas. I am not crazy about the round bowl sinks in the Master bedroom, outside of that this is the BEST Home we have seen yet. We want this house.... My Husband Loves it!

Wow! This is a absolutely beautiful home, I prefer bars in bathrooms, because as one gets older, it’s important to be able to accommodate all.

Nice to see the secondary bedrooms are good size. A well laid-out floorplan. Love to see a double wide w/a close lay-out floor plan like this. I know, I know it's a triple. One of the nicest I've ever seen.
A beautiful home about as close to perfect for me as it gets! I'd buy this home in a heartbeat if I had an equally beautiful piece of property to put it on.

I remember a layout like this from Palm Harbor that you looked at in Florida over a yr ago. This layout with the office and family room is still one of my favorite layouts of all time.
I fell in love with this house a few years ago, but now that I know you can add a next-gen, that is all I needed to know, well besides the estimated price for something like that. I could not ask for anything more.

Love this home. That kitchen, dining room by far is surperb. With all the options in thos home, what package or trim level is this? Man....that closet a maze.
One of the nicest homes you’ve shown! Has the pantry, wood burning fireplace, lots of rooms so many I almost don’t know which option to chose and use. Love the picture window in the kitchen, and freezer space in utility room, and I can make one room a sewing/quilting studio. I like the door in laundry room to enter into a garage. Not sure what to do with the office, but love the glass French doors, AND they built in the microwave at the right location and height! Great home comparable to the Vanderbilt homes in NC.
Wow 😍 This is beautiful. Yes, a few changes like different countertops but love the size of the island. Also love the kitty-cornered stove and the huge window above the sink. So many things that is nice in this home. LOVE IT!❤️💚💙

Phenomenal floorplan! I am wowed! Palm Harbor has some super nice homes, very impressive. I'd make very few changes to this home. Deleting carpet would be the main change, and use the flooring that's in the rest of this home. It's really quite fantastic! Spacious rooms and storage!

You said Palm Harbor and I was in for sure. Then you said LaBelle, which is one of my favorite floor plans. It’s just an amazing home. Hope they keep this floor plan for a long time, it’s very functional.
How much is this hi house and how does one qualify for financing?

First bedroom seems like a decent size with a decent closet and nice ceiling
I’ve had my eye on this home for 2 years now and still love everything about it!
I love a big, roomy house you can get lost in. Noticed no tacky metal shelving in the closets, which is a huge plus. Love the kitchen's simplicity- just what is needed. Nice to see a place for a chest freezer in the utility room. The room with a room (mother-in-law suite) would be perfect for my bedroom and a special bedroom for my fur babies. It's great the doorways in the master are wide enough for a wheelchair, usually, they aren't. The master closet may hold all my clothes with space left over. Oh well, that means I have to go shopping and fill it up.😆lol

I have a handicapped daughter and this would be perfect the other suite is not all the way on the other side of the house… the extra room for medical supplies the only thing would be a slightly customized bathroom area for her very interesting and no long halls for the wheelchair. Howdy Chance, I hope you & your family are doing well. I missed a lot of your tours because I had an accident & was down for quite a while; I broke another part of my back & injured my skull, lost a lot of blood. It’s been a nightmare! I really would appreciate any & all prayers. 😢👏 I imagine Cullen is grown up a good bit! I got on here a few times trying to warn you & everyone that comments, that scammers were on your channel impersonating you. They’re doing this on quite a few channels & have robbed people of so much money. They’re from Nigeria, so please warn your subscribers! I have battled them for at least 2 years Chance,& reporting them to UA-cam does absolutely no good. They remove them & as soon as you go to another person to warn them; they put them right back on.🤦♀️

I absolutely love this home!! I would change the colors on the walls to something a little more soft & the master bath needs to be a jetted jacuzzi. But the layout is unbelievable!!

It's the Master that did it for me...
That’s in-law suite would be great for my daughter who is in college and then going to vet school. That little room could be her “office”. She spends a LOT of time at her desk doing homework and studying. The ONLY thing I wasn’t so “yay” about was the dining room. I need a BIG table to seat at least 12 at holidays. I need a table that’s about 4 feet longer than that one. I’m not sure that room could house it. I wish there was a basement option also for a gym and craft area and storage.
This is literally perfection for my family. The in law suite would be great for my twins, the others for my son and daughter. The den area is great for gathering. I work from home so the office is A1. That master closet is everything I dreamed of. Would like the laundry area to be a smidge larger but it's still doable. Thanks for the tour. I think I'm going to see if I can get this here in South Carolina.

Considering that a 2020 trade in double was 180k, this house price is unbelievable. I was surprised to see patterned tile in the shower, a very nice option so rarely seen. The extras like the stove in kitty corner was neat too. And the office off the kitchen with the French doors was great. The waiting room in the master was a nice touch. And of course the wrap around porch is always a great option not only for function, but for appearance.
Secret bookcase entry to bonus room from both masters would be a “SAFE Room”

Lots of wasted space. That closet would be another bedroom as well as the "bonus room" I need bedrooms. And I'd have to say no to the open floor plan into the living room. I like walls. They just don't make homes for people like me.
