This house is gorgeous! I HAVE to have a tub, that's a deal breaker for me of there isn't one! I also need an additional bedroom. I think the porch is my favorite, so far!
Beautiful home and wow that was worth a pantry dance love the layout of the house and amazing front porch I'd love this home on 5 acres up on a hill overlooking a lake
Love the porch but, that’s about it for this one for me. I understand that the open concept floor plan is all the rage right now, although I did read a design article that says it’s over, it just seems like the three areas that should pop in any house, foyer, living room and dining room are always an afterthought. So, many of them have the space but just cram these in.
I love this one. I would use the room you went into as a formal living room, only used for guest. The other is more of a family room connected to the living area. I like it in the back. This has a great layout through out
Loved the porch on this one. This house is one of my favorite, I would only change a few things. No carpet for me. Personally I don't like the two toned cabinets in the kitchen. I prefer one color and I hate not having a tub in the master bath. But that shower is great!

You’re an outstanding person & I look forward to seeing each home you show. You make them all worth watching! God bless you Chance & your precious family. 👏
I've looked at so many Mobile Homes modular homes and whatever they are on this channel and others and I keep coming back to this particular design it is incredibly practical I love that
Shew mercy! Who needs a tub when you have a shower like that!?!? I love, love, love the HUGE porch. Thinking I need a hot tub out of the main bath....🤔😁 Thank you Chance. This one is beautiful!!!! The Lord's House is the best place you can be!🙏✝️❤
It's a nice home. The pantry was big. The door leading into the master bathroom has got to go. The wrap around porch was spectacular! Thank you for your wonderful personality Chance!! God bless!
I really, really like the front porch, I’ve have always wanted one that’s wrapped around like this one. I feel like the living room is way to small for that size of home. The pantry is great. I believe putting a gas/propane fireplace where the barn doors are would be pretty. The kitchen is amazing and has plenty of cabinets. I like the computer nook area, it’s perfect. The master bedroom closet, seems like they could had made it more grand and I do like my bathtub in the master. Not everyone can take a bath and not everyone wants just a shower. Not to excited about a door coming into the master bath. This will make someone very happy and excited to call their home. This is just my thoughts. Thank you for showing this to us. Keep up the great work.
Love the porch. Love the entire house. Wish I could afford it. In our 70's and bought my parents home. We will pass before its paid off. But it keeps us comfy. I love watching your videos. They help me to dream a little.
Love the porch. Don’t want that bathroom exterior door, though. And the front door could be a lot more decorative -move it over a little and add side lites and a beveled glass door. Could my kitchen sink not be in the island ? The utility room door is great for access to the barbecue and outdoor living space. Nice house!!
I really thought that door went into the master bedroom and not the bathroom. And yes Chance you got me on the door in the laundry room! I thought it was a bathroom door!😂 Thanks for reminding everyone to visit the Lord's house! I always say he is only asking for one hour a week from us to thank him for all the good he does! 💖🙏💖
It's a beautiful, spacious home, and I LOVE the porch. Honestly, day-to-day, my family would use the utility room entrance. But, I do agree with you about bringing folks in the main living area. The "front" door & living room almost feels more like a sunroof for all of my plants! The barn doors are gorgeous but seem awkward with the outlet & TV set up in the middle. I'd trade the bathroom door for a soaking tub 100%.
Hey nice place but you need another hole in sink for a water ionizer. Under counter installation with a smaller faucet above. Pretty cool . That shower head is way too high. Good for tall people but shorter folks couldn’t reach it. Older folks would want to age in place put some grab bars in. Still like that.
Brother! This thing is beautiful! I'm one of those kids who grew up in a "real house" until I learned about lofted cabins and triplewides. I try to watch every presentation you give. You spit out alternative colors and doors and decorations and all kinds of stuff to give people ideas. The kitchen is angled and beautiful and the back door in the living room reminds me of my grandma's lake house. The wood on the island. Holy jeez. Great job as always.
This home is interesting. It isn’t as architecturally appealing as some of the homes we’ve seen but, it definitely has some great elements. I love the flow between the living, dining, kitchen and family rooms. Love the sizes of the bedrooms and of course, that porch.
I think with my family composition and the way we live the entrance are perfect... Except I would have to have a solid door (no glass) in the door to master bath. Hard to pee if you think they can see 😀
The master bath shower head should be in the other bathroom. The master bath should have a rain shower head . Space not used to the best it could be. Sorry
when I seen the 3rd door on the porch, I had said it was a door to the master bedroom not the master bathroom lol but they go hand in hand.Awesome house, never seen a triple wider before
They short changed the Master Bedroom and closet space in the Mater Bedroom. I know this is the new thing but not crazy about two different color cabinets in the kitchen. Nix the door in the MB bathroom.
This is my favorite so far. I love the deck and would love the ramp. The only thing I'd want to change is the lip on the master bath shower to make it easier for an aging parent to get in and out safely. This would be a dream home for sure.
Okay... so this one is my all time FAVORITE for a vacation home on a lake or in the mountains! Perfect in every way for my three children, their spouses, and my seven grandchildren to come visit Pappy and Grammy. Loved this. Stay safe, and blessed. See you in person on Tuesday.
I love the first door you entered. This could be the reception room when guests arrive for a gathering, especially the room size good when weather is inclement and multiple people are trying to enter with coats, bags, babby, etc. I WANT THAT KITCHEN! LOVE the color palet. Unless the LORD my God performs a miracle, I would never be able to afford a home like this one. (Retired fixed income.)
You might get that windfall tho! Keep holding onto faith. You might have the winning not ticket to the mega-millions that is going on with $3.3 Billion! Someone has the winning ticket out of Illinois! This thing is expensive at $335,000.
OMG, you have found my dream home! I would definitely make a couple of changes, for me the carpet would have to go. Too many exterior doors, bathroom door has to go too. That master bath sower..... WOW! Love all the little extras. The porch for me is the best!
Well, I wasn't completely wrong...I thought that door was going to go into the master bedroom....I was sooo close!! LoL!! I do really love the triple wides. If we do purchase another home it will definitely have to be a triple wide. Thank you for taking us all on this amazing tour Chance!!💜
Love the porch! Having an outdoor living space such as the large porch makes this home perfect! I would add another porch off the living room entrance for nice curb appeal and entry to welcome your guests.
That wrap around porch is beautiful! I can hear my sweet Mama say; “this is what I’m talking about; we can sit in our rocking chairs, and when we disagree, you can move your chair to the other side!” I would switch out the kitchen sink for a stainless steel and the faucets satin nickel. I hoped the master bedroom would be bigger. The door in the master bathroom needs to go - I don’t want someone walking in on me.
Beautiful home. Original in design and layout and very different from what you’ve shown us in the past, but I really like this home! I’d lose the door in the master bath and turn it into a window. So far this dealership in Idaho is really delivering some awesome homes! Thanks for traveling and giving us some more entertainment Chance!
I love this house. I love the fact that it's a triple wide, and it has access to the bathroom from the outside. Because if we are entertaining outside it comes in handy for guests not to travel all the way through the house. I just wish it were closer to me, because I don't think they will deliver and set up in FL.
I feel the same cuz I'm in Florida but I absolutely am in love with this triple wide I love it and everything in it the only thing missing is a porch swing
I would love to see one of those manufactured homes that look like a log home on the outside. I can picture one sitting up in the forest maybe near a lake or stream. With the right floor plan that would be my little retirement place. And after I pass my son and grandkids could use as a vacation home for holidays and weekends.
I love the kitchen layout and that pantry is fantastic! The porch is amazing and love the desk area! The only negative is the outside door in master bath!
Love this house, the door in the bathroom has to go! Kitchen is definitely the showpiece of this home. Barn doors in the family room, not feeling that??! Master bedroom and bathroom was kind of small for a triple wide.
I completely fell in love with this house!!! So much so that we have decided that this will be the house we retire in!!!! I can’t thank you enough for showcasing this home!!!! I can’t wait for our retirement so we can live in this spectacular home!!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you 🥰
If you are planning to retire in Florida, remember the hurricanes ! I think the house is wonderful, but I don't think is strong enough to withstand that kind of weather. I live in Miami, FL.
I would make that living space into the dining room and that dem as the living room. Since I have a big family, it would make it easier and the dining room as a breakfast nook. I already know where to put the beds and everything too. The den area, out a sectional and a love seat in there and the wall where the two barn doors are, put a hanging tv there and you have a space for the whole family. I'm actually going to use this floor plan and use to get this interior design out of my head. It's a beautiful home and I would love to have it. It's big enough for family gatherings. Perfect family home
Would love to see a double door entry from the outside. Love Love Love the porch! The tile is beautiful, kitchen breakfast bar has a sweet wood finish, I even thought the built in desk was gorgeous. I like the master bath and awesome shower with bench seat! Master Bedroom seemed smallish.
Not only have I purchased a manufactured home but I also did the drywall close off’s for multiple companies and I can assure not only is this house expensive, everything is an upgrade and when this home gets delivered it will not meet your expectations. Rarely did I walk a home with the homeowner that was happy with the quality of craftsmanship or lack there of. House will also only depreciate as it is not considered a stick built home. Enjoy 👍🏻
Yes. I’m living in my 1st mobile home & it’s been 10 yrs. EVERYTHING needs replaced. Literally. I plan to do things myself where I can. At my age I don’t want a big mortgage so this is a great alternative but you definitely “get what you pay for”
The “mystery door” is part of the master suite. Monster ( big) kitchen! Nice pantry. Like the (bill paying) desk. This is one massive home! Ah! Not only is that extra door a part of the master suite, it’s actually in the bath! Very different!
Love your videos, Chance! But am I the only one that's surprised in the lack of function when it's so large? No tub in the master? It's only 3 bedrooms? No room for a deep freezer? It just seems an odd layout with a waste of useable space. Plus what you called a den would end up being a "formal" living room, because in reality, everyone gathers by the kitchen. So the TV and family would be in the living room by it. So more of a waste of space. That said, I love the porch! I love the master bath, despite the lack of tub. I like how the house is two wings. I like the doors, although the one in the master bath is weird, lol.
Yeah, until a tiny little EF1 tornado comes down to your trailer-park to say hi! Inflation has officially given us $350,000 trailer-trash, not including the exorbitant monthly rent at a ghetto trailer-park! Or perhaps you own some million dollar land to put it on, but if that's the case, why not spend $350k on a real house, mansion, huge log cabin, or SOMETHING, ANYTHING but a seriously overpriced trailerhouse!?
Cities are the kind of places that you need to build. This is a perfect size for anybody. That's has a family and most of the time there's a lot of people in half families. I have a big family a bit of a bunch of friends that lived together this will work up perfect.
The outside of this home had me excited, I love it. The inside on the other hand is awful. The layout is terrible. I felt like there was a lot of extra space to have no tub in the master and such tiny closets. At almost 3000 square feet I was left wondering where it all was at.
I feel the same way. The cabinets looked out of date. The furniture did not help the house at all. Kitchen's, bathrooms and bedrooms are everything to a woman. It was just off.
Alrighty... I DID expect the "extra" door to be either in the master bedroom...or bathroom...🙄 After you showed that AMAZING shower...🤔 I realized the door should/would lead to a spa/hot tub situation. With that in mind...😎 the placement of the door is absolutely PERFECT!!!🥳 Great work Chance... I appreciate you doing the leg work for us...before we buy😁
Love it!! Definitely would have to make the back door the front door and do away with the carpet in room where the actual main door is. (Just my opinion)
wow!! my first reaction is "that porch!!!" I don't mind at all not seeing the kitchen from the living area. After seeing all the homes I feel like I actually prefer not seeing the kitchen at all or just a peek of it. I used to like the open concept but my taste has definitely changed.
Chance, I’m like you I love a gorgeous tiled bathroom but on this one, it’s a dealbreaker for me if it doesn’t have a soaking tub!!! Other than removing the carpet and having a gas stove and fireplace it’s a gorgeous home…… I love the porch too!!! Miss Teena
Needs a working wood fireplace. I hate carpet! It’s never actually clean. Pull up a couple feet of yours & you’ll find out why I say that. Gotta have that tub!!’
Really like the square footage of the home...Big. But as big as the home is, I feel like the master closet should have been bigger. Would not want the door into the master bath.
What a beautiful home. All I need is a chunk of land and get the utilities prepped for hookup and I'm set. Move the family in. U can build a garage away from the house.
Gorgeous home and great floor plan, I would rather have a tub in the master bathroom and I think having an entrance to the outside a little weird 😀but beautiful regardless. Thank you Chance 😊
Thanks for sharing, Chance! The door in the bathroom is a little strange to me. I think they should move it a few feet to the left and have it coming out of the master bedroom instead. I would also maybe lose the bathroom cabinets (or make them narrower) to extend the shower and make it into a wet room with a free-standing tub in it. But overall it was a nice home. With many entrances. Or exits. I guess it depends on your point of view. :-D

Being as though it is a triple wide, they definitely short changed the master bedroom space.
Living room is small too.
Exactly poor use of space
I felt the same. Master and Master bath are too small. I was super surprised that the closet was bigger in the living room than in the Master.
Too much wasted space on porches especially for the price. Put some of that sq footage inside the home!
I'm surprised they used so many builder grades items for the price they want for this house.

The Lord's House is the best place you can be!🙏✝️❤
Amen 🙏
Great for a hot tub outside bath
How much did the house cost you guys?
Now that’s a porch!
Beautiful home. I like the idea of the door in the master bathroom come in from work and straight to the shower. Great idea
Even 2 yrs later, and all the other videos you've posted, I still think this particular model is the best of them all.
This is the first house I just absolutely adore...like I could see this being my future home.
I agree 100%!! Now, I wonder if McDonald's pays well because I'm gonna need a few jobs to afford this sweet piece of real estate 😆
This home is interesting.
It isn’t as architecturally appealing as some of the homes we’ve seen but, it definitely has some great elements. I love the flow between the living, dining, kitchen and family rooms. Love the sizes of the bedrooms and of course, that porch.
It looks like what it is ... pieced together and not very sturdy.
I think with my family composition and the way we live the entrance are perfect... Except I would have to have a solid door (no glass) in the door to master bath. Hard to pee if you think they can see 😀
@@sweettrubble4635 but a good option for us poor people
Shameka, you're right. It's architecturally weird.
I wish Oregon had stuff like this
This is my favorite so far.
With that closet in that room, it would be a great extra bedroom also. Entering through the wash room would be good for bad weather.
This home is better laid out then bigger regular home. I love the utility room and it's so smart I having the door.
My fantasy home would have a wraparound porch and all built-ins🤗
😮😢
OMG, you have found my dream home! I would definitely make a couple of changes, for me the carpet would have to go. Too many exterior doors, bathroom door has to go too. That master bath sower..... WOW! Love all the little extras. The porch for me is the best!
There are so many cabinets I didn't know if there would be a pantry or not. They surprised me with a ginormous pantry for sure 👍
That pantry should have had a pocket door imo
Very nice 👍❤
Well, I wasn't completely wrong...I thought that door was going to go into the master bedroom....I was sooo close!! LoL!! I do really love the triple wides. If we do purchase another home it will definitely have to be a triple wide. Thank you for taking us all on this amazing tour Chance!!💜
Love that huge porch, also two tone cabinets, glass cabinets, & style of the island, & the wireless pantry !
I love this home. The porch is great! I don't care for tubs so love the master bath and all the storage!
Love the porch! Having an outdoor living space such as the large porch makes this home perfect! I would add another porch off the living room entrance for nice curb appeal and entry to welcome your guests.
That wrap around porch is beautiful! I can hear my sweet Mama say; “this is what I’m talking about; we can sit in our rocking chairs, and when we disagree, you can move your chair to the other side!”
I would switch out the kitchen sink for a stainless steel and the faucets satin nickel.
Very nice home over all
I love this house.
An outside entrance to a bathroom is a great idea if you have kids.,!
I did not expect the main bedroom to be so small. I think I'm going to go and look at triple wides those are beautiful
I would love to see one of those manufactured homes that look like a log home on the outside. I can picture one sitting up in the forest maybe near a lake or stream. With the right floor plan that would be my little retirement place. And after I pass my son and grandkids could use as a vacation home for holidays and weekends.
Disney’s Wilderness campground. They have them. Great layouts.
Beautiful home. A few things I wasn’t fond of was the size of the master and the door in the master bath. But other than that, it’s gorgeous.
I love the kitchen layout and that pantry is fantastic! The porch is amazing and love the desk area! The only negative is the outside door in master bath!
I never thought of buying a triple wide but it looking better then some of the houses I looked at
I really love thissss house , but only 3 beds I was expecting at least 4 or more .
Thank you thank you thank you 🥰
How far away is your retirement?
Hey Chance. Love the porch and most of the house! The Main bedroom and bath were a let down, but still appreciate what you do!!!
I would absolutely love that if I had some land to put it on! I love that porch!!!!
That shower was totally wonderful! I’d want a big tub instead of that door tho’.
At my age I don’t want a big mortgage so this is a great alternative but you definitely “get what you pay for”
They depreciate as soon as they are pulled off the lot, just like a car.
Dont let the sales people be you.
Amazing home, I would upgrade exterior doors and replace carpet with hardwood floors and add another bathroom or powder room.
Maybe a powder room where that study/desk area is.
The “mystery door” is part of the master suite. Monster ( big) kitchen! Nice pantry. Like the (bill paying) desk. This is one massive home! Ah! Not only is that extra door a part of the master suite, it’s actually in the bath! Very different!
Love this. Love the big wrap around porch.
I didn't care for the door in the master bath. I really liked the rest of it... Loved the pantry and the slop sink...
Good job touring this triple-wide!!
Unfortunately, was not our favorite floor plan! Keep up your entertaining tours, Chance!😉
I love it just the way it is. To have a home like that one would be a dream come true.
I’d buy it! If I could! LOL!
I agree with you 💯
I feel the same way. The cabinets looked out of date. The furniture did not help the house at all. Kitchen's, bathrooms and bedrooms are everything to a woman. It was just off.
Agree
Only 3 bedrooms...I had expected 4-5. Our house has 4 beds, 2 living rooms and is 2200 sq ft. I love the porch...but the inside not so much.
Agreed!!!
Oh my God Chance this is a beautiful home, thank you for the tour....!!!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Alrighty... I DID expect the "extra" door to be either in the master bedroom...or bathroom...🙄
After you showed that AMAZING shower...🤔 I realized the door should/would lead to a spa/hot tub situation.
With that in mind...😎 the placement of the door is absolutely PERFECT!!!🥳
Great work Chance... I appreciate you doing the leg work for us...before we buy😁
That is a very beautiful triple wide mobile home Just bought 180 acres in a state I won’t mention and that would be perfect depending on the price
Love it!! Definitely would have to make the back door the front door and do away with the carpet in room where the actual main door is. (Just my opinion)
Wow impressive porch!! Chance you are doing an outstanding job of keeping us entertained!!
Not something I would buy. The layout is awful
This home is outstanding Chance. But those dark grey ceilings are stunning.
It’s so modern. I would think the sinks would be the no lip kind. Beautiful anyway. Yes, porch in back. Living room door in front
wow!! my first reaction is "that porch!!!" I don't mind at all not seeing the kitchen from the living area.
Chance, you do an excellent job with the camera! I don't know how you scan over everything so smoothly! Great job!
Thank you very much!
