I hope you enjoy this gentle yoga for your feet. This 5 minute chair yoga is an accessible yoga practice that is great as foot pain exercises daily.
5 min chair yoga can be done anytime-like as as a break as office yoga or desk yoga, or just anytime you need some yoga stretches for feet and ankles.
It is important to do foot exercises for pain relief or as foot arthritis stretches. Stretches for foot pain relief can be done in a simple chair yoga 5 min practice and you will feel so much better! It doesn’t take long to feel a real difference.

How do you feel after this chair yoga routine for your ankles?
Can these exercises be done after arthroscopic surgery to remove torn meniscus
@@karavali100 Just make sure none of them create or increase any pain or pressure in your knees. If that happens, stop or modify that movement. Ask your doctor or PT if you are still unsure; I always ask "Are there any movements I shouldn't do and for how long?" But overall, gentle ankle movements should increase blood flow and could aide in healing :)
